Purchased a Sportage and from start to finish Josh was professional, great communication in exactly the platform I preferred, sorted a great deal and has helped with everything I needed. Purchased a launch edition Sportage last week. We were so impressed with the customer service provided by Josh Phillips. Clear, concise and swift. We weren't particularly looking to purchase on the day but were so happy with the deal and the short wait time for the car we couldn't resist! The customer service knocked spots off some of the other "high end" dealerships, who couldn't seem to get us a new car for 6 months!

Bought a used Picanto and part exchanged a Rio through Josh. Good prices and deal offered (price and other items) and good advice given about trim levels for the features we needed. Car moved from another branch with no problems and offered to inspect the car with nothing hidden and a willingness to address anything we raised. Best and most relaxed experience we've had purchasing a car.

Cannot fault the service at Gravells over the last couple of days. Who would have thought that on Saturday, I would be buying a new car?! Gareth rang me and went through my options and came up with a cracking deal. Today I picked up my new wheels and Gareth stood in the rain going through all the gadgets on the car. Myself and my partner visited the Kia Garage today (19/12/21) to preorder the new Kia Sportage. After having a Kia for several years now we were keen to update to the latest model. Dan Thomas has been the sales representavtive we have dealt with previously and again today.
