Given 3 stars as the sales team were great. We were however not impressed with the vehicle prep and in particular the lack of time spent on preparing the bodywork. After having the car home for a coule of weeks and having washed it we are aware that the bonnet is peppered with chips and marks which were not visable previously. Partly my fault as i assumed that a main dealer would have spent the time deal with these issues but I have been assured that is to Mini standards. Hopefully they are looking at their standards as i dont believe this is a good as it should be.
Its also frustrating when a customer gives feedback and arather than take on board the comments and looks the standards the company brings out their defence. A little dissapointing

Excellent service from the mini sales team as I don't live near here and it was all dealt with over the phone or email. Special thanks to Kerry Hill who was very helpful and dealt with all my queries promptly. She is an asset to the sales team and very professional in her approach. Although I couldn't meet her when I came to collect the car, she had arranged for Paige to complete the purchase and it was all so easy. Car is perfect and I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you all!

Highly recommend Sytner Leicester Mini. Jack and Shradda were helpful, responsive and provided honest, clear and sensible information and buying the JCW mini was really easy. They were a pleasure to deal with and after-sales service (delivery, transfer dcs etc) was just as good. Great car too and will definitely go back to Sytner Leicester Mini.

We have recently bought a 2nd hand mini from this dealership. I don't bother to take the time to write reviews.only if I have had a bad experience, however these guys have earned it. We weren't able to get the car when we had planned so they sent another in place for a week until it was all the way from Leicester to Surrey! They have been outstanding.
True professionals who care about their customers calling when they said they would and instantly responding to emails. It has made the whole buying process a breeze and they have all been a joy to deal with. AJ you are brilliant.

Had some initial difficulties with a mini I purchased earlier in the year. Mini Leicester were fantastic at sorting this out promptly, provided a car for me to use whilst mine was looked at and then offered me an amazing deal on a new one. The whole process was seamless, stress free and I will never go elsewhere to buy a car now. Jack, Kerry and Haidee were amazing!
The customer service is second to none. Kerry was my main contact and she went above and beyond from my first contact. She is brilliant! I cannot put into words how brilliant these staff have been. Mini - I hope you read this because these 3 staff members have been fantastic. Thank you so much mini Leicester! I am one very happy customer.

My partner used the service department on 26/08/21. The vehicle was booked in for a service, passenger seat warning light and a faulty key. They said that the vehicle would be ready the same day but this was then extended to the following day which was really inconvenient. We where told the car had to have a hard drive replaced in order to rectify the fault, this was done and I had to pay for the new part which was fitted then to be told this had not solved the problem and that a further part had to be replaced in the roof area.
We rang the main number and the person answering tried over 10 lines to try and find out what was happening with the car and couldn't get through to anyone. Sam then called us and said that a courtesy car would be given. My partner told her that he was not in possession of his license (sent to DVLA as recently moved) but she insisted we went to collect a courtesy car anyway.
When he got there she then realized that he could not have a courtesy car. The work was not completed and the fault has still not been sorted and we have the car back. We have still had to pay for the replacement part that was not actually needed which is an absolute JOKE! Sam in the service department has a poor attitude like she doesn't want to work there.
Poor customer service, poor availability to contact for an update. We where told the car would be valeted and if this is the case I would sack the people valeting the vehicles because its filthy. (see pictures). Your tag line when ringing is that you offer a premium service. That is a joke, we get better service at McDonalds! We would not recommend using this service department, keep clear! Travel to an alternative branch don't give this branch your money!

5-star experience from me - big big thanks to Denice for being awesome (and very patient!) in helping us get our new Mini, it's such a great car in a very impressive condition. She made the whole process a genuine pleasure - definitely worth travelling all the way from London for. I'd recommend this Sytner to anybody looking to buy an approved used Mini. I visited a number of similar dealers, and this was by far the most helpful, friendly, and efficient to deal with. Big thanks again to Deni - you made a family very happy!
