Traded in my 10 year old Peugeot and came away with a gorgeous 3 year old Mazda. Extremely satisfied with what I got for my money, the terrific and friendly salesman Pier made the whole process smooth and easy. Very impressed with the quality of service they provide, I shall certainly be back in several years for my next car

Allow you to look around and inside the car on your own without any hassle you get in normal dealerships. Once you're satisfied you go back to the sales agent and they take you for a test drive, once completed they run through the paperwork with you. No hassle and no pressure selling from them. If you get Ishmael you're in for a treat, very professional and straight to the point without being rude. Answered all questions and double checked paperwork regarding car status. In and out within 1 hour and signed for a new car.

Micheal helped me decide between a few cars and we got it down to 2 with very similar specs but ultimately I went with my intuition rather than 'the best deal'. He was really happy for me to take my time he listened and gave feedback he was in no way pushy. We got a decent part exchange on our very old car that was in a bad way. Ultimately at a big corporate company your experience comes down to the salesman and Micheal was really personable and engaging and although his job is to sell products I felt like he did it with real style and customer care.

Great experience at Car Giant yesterday when we bought a car for our son. Customer service was very good especially Emmanuel who really took the time to help us complete the purchase. There are some hidden charges that we wasn't aware of so just read the page properly and you will be fine. Thanks for your help Emmanuel, great service.

I came here to buy my very first car and thought I had a good idea of what kind of car I wanted, but I changed my mind when I was there and became overwhelmed by the wealth of choices there. Emmanuel. H helped me out so much by suggesting suitable alternative cars, allowing me to view many different kinds of cars and he was so patient with me whilst I tried to make up my mind! I had a very good experience and I am very happy with the choice I made at the end. Based on my experience, I would recommend buying at Car Giant. Thank you Emmanuel!

As soon as I walked near the Sales reception, a very friendly sales assistant said "good evening" as I walked by with my daughter. Approximately an hour later, I had returned to that section to find a specific car, and this male was outside the reception and welcomed us in. He remained with us for the duration of our visit and was effortlessly helpful, informative and interacted brilliantly with my daughter.
He took me for a test drive, sorted out part ex of my old car and waved us goodbye once the finance was completed. This is the second car I have bought from Car Giant and with the customer service and professionalism shown by Kenan and the rest of his team and Manager, I will continue to highly recommend shopping at Car Giant.

Fernando was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us and actually stopped what he was doing to make sure we were ok as no one else had come over. He was polite and very knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. Bryan in the finance department was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The buying process was pleasant. Kind people and speedy service. Just don't take out the warranty on a car around 4/5 years old or with a mileage around 60.000 miles as they won't pay out on most things as it will be put done to wear and tear and other small print even after owning the car less than 6 months. My mistake which I won't make again.

Get what you pay for. A lot of substandard cars. High mileage examples common. Most have lots of body or trim damage. Many have been repaired after accidents, having never been quite written off. It's good that you can wander round and try a variety of cars in one location, but I would recommend buying from a reputable dealer who will usually have a manufacturer backed second hand car warranty that you don't pay extra for.

I recently visited Cargiant 3 times prior to purchasing a car and only have good things to say about the dealership. The cars are very competitively priced (you can verify on auto trader) and the people I have met are professional and do not try to oversell. Ibrahim in particular is honest and gregarious, and has given good advice when purchasing a secondhand car - do hit him up if you pop by and are thinking of buying a car. 10/10 will recommend this place/ Ibrahim.

Second time I've bought a car from here. There are many many good points but also some negative points. There are so many cars to chose from and if you know what you're looking for, chances are you'll find it here. Great! Not so great that the condition of the car isn't as they always say it is. Within 6 months of buying my first car from them, I had to get 2 new tyres.
Apart from that, I loved my first car from them. Going back the second time, I went to view a BMW. I booked my test drive online but that doesn't seem to matter as you could walk in and ask to test drive anything. Test drive itself is about 10 minutes and doesn't let you figure out the car at all really. The car itself was in awful condition for the price, scuff marks everywhere inside the car, ripped roof on the inside (convertible) and there was food in the footwell.
The roof was showing signs of mould. Shouldn't that have been cleaned and repaired ready for resale? However staff were very helpful and I chose another BMW in the same sales line. What they fail to tell you online is that if you have a personal number plate, to get that removed before you even come to buy a car. (Something I didn't know) and I thought it could be done as part of the sales procedure. All in all, lower your expectations of a new car and you'll be happy.

The staff were very friendly. A great variety of cars. Thoroughly check the car you have in mind because the car I brought had worn down breaks that were Squeaking a little and a black mark that I was unable to remove on the left mirror, other than that it's a great place to buy a car. They have financing available aswell, with the options of Personal Contract Hire (pcp) or Hire Purchase (HP)

Amazing car show room, I think it's the biggest in the country. I don't think you will find cars selling at a better price than here.but that in itself comes at a price. I'm quite confident they don't spend the time or money checking the cars, so I do know quite a few people (including myself) that have walked away with less than ideal cars. The good thing though is from what I've seen, car giant are happy to pay for the repairs caught early or take back the car without much fuss. 2 star rating still because people should be able to buy with confidence, I don't believe you can here.

I was almost killed by Cargiant's Car just 1 day from purchasing the car! Despite claiming to be "the World's biggest used car dealer", Cargiant is selling cars with dangerous faults and I was almost killed by a car bought from Cargiant after just 1 day from purchasing! I bought this 2018 registered Mercedes GLC 220d from Cargiant with price of GBP28,799 plus 3 years Cargiant warranty of GBP1,199 just on 10th Oct 2021but was almost killed when its wheel fell off just second day on my journey and completely shocked by both its dangerous goods and poor services.
I was planning to drive this car over 50 miles away to have a meeting in the early morning on 11th Oct 2021, big lottery winner's luckluckly the host changed the meeting so that it would be online which saved me and possibly others from being killed on the motorway! I immediately called Cargiant's customer service to report this incident at 4pm on the day, however when they received all the images they even asked me to return the car to them by myself! Finally, its customer service agreed to send a lorry to collect the car on the following day's morning, however I was told to respond to the safety of the car over the night till I handed the car over to them.
In the early morning on the second day, the lorry came to take the car back. The driver told me that obviously it was Cargiant's work error, and they did not fix the wheel, bolts and studs sturdily. Yes, it is a small fault made by Cargiant, but almost killed its customer by being so careless. Up to now, I have not received any apologies or a loan car from Cargiant yet, especially from its management team. Instead, its staff called me several times and told me that "They have completed the investigation and fixed the car, but they don't know where the problem was."

Best place for buying second hand cars and they got good range of cars of most brands with servicing, finance, insurance features. They are professional in this field with good technical teams. Liked the range of electric cars over here. before purchasing an electric car make sure you applied for a government grant encouraging electric cars in UK.

Would you buy a car from here? I personally wouldn't The staff are all robotic with hardly any knowledge of cars. They are told to learn scrip's which makes them all give the same replies to questions you ask. The staff have individual targets and if not met have a review and the company comes down hard on them. They really don't give a crap about customers there just numbers and want to flog dodgy cars to meet there targets.
The reason I say dodgy is upon closely looking at cars I can see allot of cars have had previous unrecorded damage as I have seen cars with a complete respray on one side done badly, car panels not aligned properly, incorrect tyres on cars or tyres with just about meeting the legal requirement, beak pads so thin that will require changing in under 100 miles, guaranteed to see many imperfections upon looking at the car closely, they wont tell you anything bad about the car and don't even offer a test drive but offer a demo drive which is like a few minutes drive so can't even drive in all gears as it's a small side streets only.
They also want to sell you guard x and all the other crap to make more commission as the staff get more commission selling all these other extras and less on the cars. Guard x is a total waste of money it doesn't do what it says on the tin. This is how they will speak to you."So what do you think of the car Dave? Do you like it Dave? Where are you from Dave?
Where do you live Dave? Yeah it's nice isn't it Dave? Are you going to put a deposit down Dave?" They will sell you a ticking time bomb with no qualms about reneging on their point of sale overtures. Example: Vehicle 5% oil level light would illuminate after 2 weeks, took vehicle to Vauxhall who found a failed drive shaft seal, and melted glove box lamp cover for one customer.
If after you buy the car and got RAC to inspect it your guaranteed to have faults. Once you have bought the car that's it if you come back and complain they won't want to know.

Imagine IKEA only if it was designed by idiots and operated by absolute numpties and that gives you an idea of what the car buying experience is like at Car Giant. Waiting interminably for the salespeople to help me, I felt like K from the Castle, waiting for an immovable and uncaring bureaucracy. I am there to spend many thousands of pounds and they treated me like an unwanted refugee.
The reason they exist is that they do have good prices on their inventory. Just be prepared to pay the cost in time and general misery to take advantage is that. I guess you could say that I would not recommend Car Giant.

Buying a car at Cargiant after all was a very good experience. To me the transparency (You See What You'll Get and You Get What You Pay), the huge number of cars on offer (all brands, types, makes) and the sales process and staff have made buying a car easy and without the hassle I expect in this business. Prices are fixed and there is no negotiating.
This actually takes out a lot of the usual hassle. The cars are presented by brand and by type, so it is really easy to compare all these. This is much easier than if for example you have to go to different brand specific car dealers. You can easily ask the staff on the spot for a demo drive with your preferred car (or more than one if you like). This is quite a short ride around the block but at least it is possible to get the feeling of the driving car.
Almost all cars are parked outside on the huge terrain so they will get cleaned (again) after you buy it. You don't need the extra polishing they offer. The car will be delivered shiny :-) The only 'negative' part of my experience is the final chat with one of their sales consultants. After you have selected Your Car you will have to go through a commercial sales phase in which they will try to cross-sell stuff that you actually really don't need.
And this stuff could really cost you A LOT OF MONEY. I was prepared for this and I did not really mind but you have to be prepared, you have to be strong to resist and very clear in your communication that you don't want the extra stuff they offer. Please be aware that this is very sophisticated well trained push selling of extra insurance, extra shiny nano technology polish, and what not and they do it in the heat of the moment where you just have decided to spend a whole lot of money anyway.
This is where they make easy money from unprepared consumers without any knowledge. All the stuff they offer you can later get it for yourself (but you will probably don't want it anyway) for a better price (do check the stories about the polishing offered on the web if you still hesitate and you feel convinced you need the super-nano-extremely expensive stuff) I have visited the Cargiant compound a few times.
It is not very difficult to find and even with public transport (because if you don't have a car, how would you get there) it was not too difficult to get there. The first visit was really just to check the place out and to see what they have on offer. This is enormous, kind of overwhelming, great to be able to see all the different brands and types next to each other.
The second time I was more focussed, I had done a little homework and I was able to focus on a specific segment, specific brands and types. I did a demo drive with the one car I really liked and I bought it, right there. Except the sales chat described above, everything was well prepared and well organised. The third time I was to pay and pick up the car.
This again was very well organised, smooth, efficient, friendly, no hassle at all. The car was waiting for me and it was shiny as a mirror (without the extra-nano-super-polish). After all I had a very good experience, I would recommend Cargiant to others and come back again. As with any big purchases you have to take some time, do some homework to be able to make a good choice and prepare yourself for some commercial talks. Good luck and don't forget buying a car should be fun as well!

I have just bought a car from Car Giant (Ford Mondeo) and am very pleased with it. I had not heard of them before and was almost over whelmed at the sheer size of the place and the range of cars on hand. I had done a fair bit of research prior to going there and had some specific cars I wanted to view which I think helps, if you just turn up without any idea of what you are looking for, the choice could be daunting.
In contrast to another review posted I found their prices for the cars I looked at to be 1000 - 1500 cheaper than I could source through dealers locally. The whole process from viewing, to purchase and finally collection was well managed and all the staff were very polite, helpful and attentive. As with any car sales you are offered extra's when making the purchase but I found they were not too pushy and excepted it if you did not want the added warranty, body protection coating, finance or insurance.
If you only want the car you can get it without too much hassle. The only thing stopping me giving the five stars and something to look out for are the condition of the tyres. A number of the cars I looked at had a mix of tyres and makes in various states of wear. My car had the same (original tyres) on the rear but had second hand ones on the front, one of which is only just legal.
Their stance is that all cars have legal and safe tyres and if they do have to change tyres before selling a car they never put brand new one's on. Because of the time of year, the mileage I will be doing and the fact I do not know any history for the used tyres I am having them replaced at my own cost as car Giant would not contribute. That said even after paying 200 for two tyres I will still have saved around 1200 on buying locally and I have a very nice low mileage car in very good all round condition.
Give them a go, you will find it hard to beat the selection and if something you like sells before you get there which happened to me, they get new stock in all the time. You will save money, just check those tyres out.

Cargiant is nothing like I imagined it would be. but I had a very overactive imagination as an 8 year-old driving past every weekend. Where are the giant turntables showcasing the cars that people selected? Where are the conveyor belts bringing cars to you while you sit on a sofa and have a cup of tea? I guess this is why we all resort to Internet shopping!
Crazy imaginations aside, Cargiant stocks over 5000 cars! I have never seen so many cars in one place in my life! It's very well organised by manufacturers and they have a map at the entrance to help you along. If you have a set budget in mind, then you might want to check their website before you go (which we didn't) as they seem to be more expensive than other dealers (but they definitely have variety of 2nd hand cars).
We didn't get anything because all the cars (apart from 6 or so) were outside of our budget - crazy! It's also not a very easy place to get to if you don't have a car! (Imagine that, people without a car, wanting to buy a car. the audacity of it!) The closest tube station is Willesdon Junction, and then it's about a 15 minute walk to the showroom. Overall, it's a good place to go to browse for a good car.
They all seem to be in pretty good condition, at least from the outside (I didn't actually test drive any of the cars). I would definitely recommend looking on the website first if you have something specific in mind.

Car Giant is MASSIVE! They certainly have named it to perfection! The place is huge. Located just off the M25 at White City, right next to the new Westfield Shopping Centre. Car Giant is sectioned off into areas, small vehicles, medium vehicles, people carriers, 44's, sports cars etc. It is extremely well organised and a pleasure to wander round.
The staff are so helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure your visit is enjoyable even if you are there just for an idea of a new car and not buying. I have also purchased through Car Giant and everything is so smooth and easy.

Cargiant make buying a car a pleasant process. You can browse around hundreds of cars, sectioned according to their make, to find what you're looking for. Once you find a car you like, assistants are easy to come by and will give you the keys so you can have a proper look around the car at your own pace. For a quote for part exchange, you simply drive over to the part exchange centre where someone has a quick look and makes an offer.
All offers and car prices are final and Cargiant has a strict no-haggling policy which makes the process quick and easy. If you're planning on leaving with your new car on the same day, allow about three hours for the pre-sale check that Cargiant will do on your new car.
