Yes! My many thanks to Terry(general manager) for her assistance, patience, and just going the extra mile. As, a person with disabilities that can affect my communication abilities due to military she did well. Also, to the ladies in service who have gone above and beyond to help me since our meeting several months ago. You are the best! I think you should get an award. Oh!

Let me not forget the mechanic who gave the best advice. GOD bless you all. Now, because of these folks I will not mention anything negative about anyone else ie. salesperson, sales manager. You know who you are and what you did!

Mostly a great experience with MINI of Austin. The only negative was the time it took to get a Tech available to work on it. That's not a problem specific to MINI of Austin. We've experienced that all over Country as we have traveled. Once started they were very good about communicating with us and got us a loaner MINI which really helped since we only have the one car. I would recommend MINI of Austin and would use them again. They fixed all our maintenance, warranty, and repair issues.

Completly transparent repair center. I love the video along with the suggested repairs. You can see the issue yourself. Repairs were done by a Mini Master Mechanic and she runs better than ever. It's a peace of mind for me knowing the repairs were correctly performed with genuine Mini parts. (This is my daughter's car.) You can't go wrong. Expensive yes; but everything is expensive. 5 stars is Six Sigma and I have never ran across a Six Sigma car dealer. Not a knock, just up front.

Steven G at Mini of Austin was very friendly. Definitely not your typical car dealer experience. I'm a salesman myself and I appreciate the integrity this salesman has. Keep up the good work! I like the environment at this dealership and they keep everything transparent.

Angie, Mike, and the entire service team were fantastic to work with. We had a bade experience with another car dealer and Mini of Austin went to bat for us, providing a super thorough inspection of our other used car and working with us to make sure we got exactly what we deserved. Trenton from Sales was super easy to work with too. Reputable, honest, and honorable team all around that goes the extra mile for their customers!

Absolutely a fantastic buying experience. Trenton helped me out with a pre-owned 2020 Subaru Impreza and I was blown away with his expertise and professionalism. 11 out of 10 would buy from Mini of Austin again. Please ask for him when you are looking for a brand new or pre-owned car!

We went first to the dealership we bought our car from, they were going to charge us $1800 for rotors and brakes. We declined and brought it to Mini of Austin, they quickly advised that I had a service plan and warranty that covered my repair. It cost me $0. We love our Mini and will only be using Mini of Austin for our future service and purchase needs.

I visited many car dealerships before arriving at Mini, and since I was buying my first ever car, I was feeling overwhelmed and under pressure from salespeople at those places. But at Mini, not only was the associate I worked with (Steven) friendly and casual, he facilitated ~many~ test drives and gave me all the information I asked for without being pushy or manipulative.

That might not sound like a lot to ask, but my anxious self was shaken by some interactions at previous dealerships and he made me feel comfortable at Mini. I left my second visit to the dealership with a gorgeous used Mini that I love, and everyone I worked with throughout the process seemed to genuinely love Minis and were open and honest with me at every step. I love my Mini and I had a great experience at this dealership, would definitely recommend. :)

Was entirely impressed about how thorough they were with the everything. I wasn't there my husband took my car in for an oil change I especially LOVED the feature where they send you a walk around video of your car. I was not there but I felt up to date. We've already scheduled another appointment to change replace a couple of things in our car, there's no reason for you to hesitate bout taking your car there. Just do it For the excellent service & peace of mind.

We went looking for a specific car we saw on their website. Alex met us and went all over looking for it for us. Once he found it, he brought it out to us and let us rest drive it. My fiance had a million questions and Alex was annoyed at all, he answered all them and was amazing overall. We got the mini and the service was overall great! :
