Recently brought a BMW 1 series from here. Phil was great and extremely helpful, the guys here really do go above and beyond! I recently visited Midland Motorcars to view an Audi A6 and fell in love with it. Phil was a great help with the car and answering all the questions I had. Absolutely thrilled with the service received from MML. Spotted an '09 Honda Civic ES 2.2 I-CDTi on Facebook Marketplace which is a car I had wanted for a while now. I contacted the team via Messenger and they were happy to answer all my questions about the car, provide a thorough video walkthrough due to the COVID restrictions, and clear up any problems which were showing on the latest MOT, which in this case was merely tyre treads.
They happily put four new tyres on the car before the sale and the handover was conducted professionally and fully compliant with UK COVID Regulations. About one week after buying the car we discovered an issue with the clutch, purely age related and nothing MML could have known about, but we did contact them to see if they could help as we had been quoted 75% of the price of the car in order for the work to be done, and Phil was only too happy to take the car for remedial work at no cost to us because he said he wouldn't want someone to buy a car from him and have it unusable, he was so happy to put right a problem which wasn't even his fault, even providing us with a courtesy car for the day it took the work to be done.
All in all I couldn't possibly complain about a single aspect of my business with MML, and when the time comes for my next car, they'll certainly be the first place I look! 5*

Very friendly and welcoming, with no hard sell, but more than happy to give advice if you need it. I have had my car for six months now, and am still really pleased with it. I returned after a few months because of a very minor issue, but it was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Midland Motorcars to anyone looking for a quality used car at a really good price, with after sales service you can rely on.

My wife & I bought a petrol freelander from here recently. We wanted the car to tow a tourer so we had a towbar fitted. Within approx a month of owning the car we took the tourer on holiday with it and found out that the clutch appeared to be slipping. We contacted the dealer as the car was under warranty however they told us that the clutch wasn't covered.
They did agree to pay 50% of the cost to replace the clutch as a guesture of goodwill however we refused this and sort advice. We were told by consumer direct and a solicitor that they were totally responsable to replace the clutch therefore we wrote to them to inform them of this under the sale of goods act. They refuted that this was the case. We wrote to them again clearly stating they had 30 days to rectify the problem otherwise we would issue legal proceedings against them.
We had no response from them until after the 30 day deadline. They hand delivered a letter to us on the 22nd of may but dated the letter 20th of may which was before the 30 day deadline however we have CCTV on our house which is time/date stamped. They have now agreed to pay for the clutch in full.
