This review is for sales only. Popped in a few weeks back on the spur of the moment, on my first visit the sales guy seemed a little indifferent, this may have just been him not being pushy. Second visit was a little more engaging after a test drive. I was greatful for honest advice regarding trading my current car in etc.

James was really good. He helped me the whole way through the journey of getting my new Mokka E. He was very quick with everything and made sure I had all my documents before leaving. Would recommend going to anyone who is looking for a new Vauxhall. Very friendly. I'm still awaiting to fill in the survey that Vauxhall send however have not received it. Overall great Vauxhall garage.

Excellent service from Paul Jones at Stourbridge motorhouse as usual - just purchased my brand new little runabout - I've kept the big family car he sold me 8 years ago as it's still going strong - Stourbridge Motorhouse also look after all my vehicle servicing as well. They always take good care of the vehicles and are happy to help. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, friendly dealership. I was especially impressed by Mark Hickman who made my purchase stress free. No hard selling from him, a lovely genuine guy. Possibly the most seamless and easiest car purchase I've ever had. I always dread being pounced on by the lurking car salesperson but on this occasion I felt under no pressure or obligation. I had concerns about fitting a dog in the back, but this was easily resolved with Andy just saying "bring your dog up, no problem". No pushing of added extras and great communication via email. Thumbs up for the whole process for me. Thanks Andy
