Bought a car back in October which I was very happy with. I've recently had some problems with the car and green tree cars couldn't have been more helpful. Say's alot about after customer cars. When the time comes to purchase a new car, i know where to come. Thanks alot for all your help.

Bought a car in October, done less that 1000 miles today spent 475 on things the mechanic has found that should not have been this way. Botched up wiring, seized brakes. Told by Green Trees that one thing meant one thing when actually speak to a mechanic and it means another. Thought they were decent at first but less than 6 mths down the line with all different things happening on the dash bored i'd choose to leave the garage well alone.

Car looked good except for the bodywork misalignment. Salesman clearly not happy that this was spotted and denied any fault. Rear door not working properly, denied by garage that there was anything wrong. Won't return due to frosty response when trying to discuss fault on car.

Bought a 6 year old insignia from Greentree cars, Great price and very happy. Had a loud road noise coming from a slightly feathered rear tyre so took it back to the guys to fix, they did it straight away no questions and the car is now spot on. Always worry abought buying second hand from dealers but I have no concerns at all with Green tree cars. Great blokes, great service and I hope I have many years of hassle free driving from what seems like a great car. Buy with confidence. A1

I recently purchased a car from here and it was absolutely impeccable. It was a 6 year old car without a scratch I was buying it from France and they sent photos of the underside and were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. When I visited the garage they gave me loads of time to check through the car and make sure I was happy with it.

The paperwork was finished with a minimum of fuss. I have driven around 4000 miles since then with no problems and would note that they seemed to have a very high quality stock of cars. I would absolutely recommend them as a trustworthy dealership.

Purchased a vehicle from them last year, had problems with clutch from day 1, returned it to them and problem was fixed, several months later the gearbox blew up and it turned out that when refitting the gearbox they damaged an oil seal, this caused the gearbox to run dry. They refused any liability and after much argument offered a pittance against the J1,200 bill.

Next the steering went, turned out that again due to the gearbox refit they damaged the steering rack bushes. They have unfortunately demonstrated incompetence from the start. If you buy a car from these guys don't expect any customer service or come back if anything goes wrong.
