We should have known by how easy it was to get into a car that something was wrong! We literally had the car 3 months and it died! Called Cardeals and asked if it could be looked at and serviced and we were told due to Covid they were backlogged! We called the dealership at least 30 times and NEVER got anyone to answer the phone! We went back to an old text message and sent a message telling them to come and get the car!

Someone replied and asked if we still wanted to return the car and we said Yes! It has been 2 months and the car is still sitting under our carport! Keep in mind they still attempted to take out the car payment although we told them to come get this pile of junk! If I could give a 1/2 star I would!

Honest this company is SO HORRIBLE! Do not get a car from them. Very unprofessional, do not own up to their mistakes, and not willing to work with you. It's been almost three months of me having a vehicle and STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY TAGS. They don't answer the phone unless it's for sales. They always blame other individuals and when you talk to that person they blame another person. Yea it's easy to get a car, but the hassle they put you through to get things done is horrible. I now have to get my lawyer involved due to some TAGS. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not under any circumstance buy from here, they are horribly disorganized. They sold my car loan to another company without notifying me, then gave me the wrong contact information for this company. No one knew who I needed to contact in order to continue making my payments and my car got repossessed and now I've been left with nearly $1000 in repossession fees. Save yourself headaches and money and buy from someone else.

No sense of customer service or support, poor handling of customers. Sale person won't return phone calls or texts messages after you buy your car. They never held up on there end of the agreement of what they would fix on the car or include with the car. Lost my business for good! Repeat customers are the best customers. Don't give your money to someone who doesn't value you as a customer.

I am now financing my second truck through cardeals.net they are one of the only places in DFW that will do in-house financing on a diesel truck without asking 5K down. The first salesman I had was great at getting me into a vehicle but would not return a single call afterwards. now that I am on my second truck and went with the different salesman things have been great. Steve has taken care of me and been honest with me about everything since the start, I ran into a problem with my truck last night and as soon as I contacted him today about it he had a tow truck dispatched to me to pick up the truck and get it repaired for me as I've only had it about a week.

They are also going to be putting me in a loaner vehicle while the repairs are being done. If you need a diesel truck, or any vehicle and do not have the credit or a crazy amount to put down then this is definitely the place to go! I will edit this after repairs have been done and let you all know how that went.

I haven't shopped here but one of friends was strung along by them as they "fixed" his car for well over a week and at the end of the process they tried to dramatically increase the price. Now that he has the car less than a week into ownership he has experienced multiple issues with the vehicle with no response from his sales person. Would not recommend at all.

BE WARNED! This VERY shady place tried putting me and MY CHILDREN in a vehicle that smelled like marijuana. EVERY car had a check engine light on. They claim the NEED a card on file but it doesn't have to be used for reoccurring payments and then they'll turn around and use that card even though you've stated it was to be used as a one time payment.

They WILL process your card when they ARE NOT authorized to do so. No one there is on the same page, they all have a different story from one person to the next. When I purchased my vehicle I never even received a copy of the contract. Literally the list goes on and on! There's an issue with them EVERY SINGLE time we make contact. THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO CARDEALS.NET--Most likely because they are trying to rebuild their customer base because they've screwed over so many folks! I DO NOT recommend this place even to my worst enemy. They have been nothing but unprofessional and rude.especially when you call them out on their BS.

Scam & Fraudulent Salespeople! They reached out to me to buy my vehicle. I was guaranteed a minimum value of my vehicle (& possibly higher depending on how it appraised in person, understandable) - they had already been given the VIN & researched the vehicle. I drove over an hour to their dealership, salesperson didn't even show up to the appointment. Vehicle was appraised (highly) & managers wouldn't even match their own minimum value offer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or business with dishonest companies such as this one.

Great dealership! If you have a issue with vehicle they are on top of it! People need to understand, you are buying a used vehicle. There are things that don't pop up right away but when they do Blaine will step up and handle it! May take a little bit as you know you are not the only customer! I highly recommend this dealership!
