4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

Went to the garage Sunday and saw a car I wanted, Warren Mcnab was absolutely fantastic arranging my part exchange and pulled out all the stops so I could collect Wed. Hands down the best customer experience I have ever received from a dealership. Warren was so lovely explaining how the car worked and taking time to answer my questions. Bought vehicle online. Customer service wasn't great. Travelled over from blackpool to collect a new vehicle. We wasn't made welcome or offered a drink. felt like all the wanted was the sale. we were left on our own the majority of the time we were in the garage. Salesman did a basic explanation of the car. Only a bit of petrol. Not good spending over 60k felt really let down

Great positive experience buying a car remotely (Edinburgh) from Mercedes Huddersfield. Oliver couldn't have been more helpful, explaining the process clearly including the logistics of buying remotely & following up post sale replying to a couple of questions. Oliver made a real effort to get my business without making me feel pressured into buying. I'll definitely consider them for any future purchase.

I always use this dealership branch but recently I've had bad experiences, the courtesy cars I've been given the last 2 times were absolutely disgusting! filthy and faulty, not what I would expect from mercedes during these troubling times! First time I was given a c class convertible, the plastic roof trim was hanging down, the cup holders were full of sticky substance, scratches on seats and on body of car which I had to go back in and point out to the service advisor, her reply was it was washed and cleand this morning! ye OK if you say so, they had me sat waiting another hour while they had it cleand again.
Same thing happened again the other week with an E class estate, I used the rear wipers and the water came pouring into the boot area, car was disgusting inside with empty drink cans and filthy sticky seats, Mercedes sort your act out! not very good service at the moment.
