After a series of disasters with a large dealership in town, we tried Golden's for a repair on our Ford after a personal recommendation. Exceptionally fast service, great communication and all round efficient and friendly service. Alison in servicing is an absolute star, and Yasmin on reception was lovely and even got my dog some treats. We will be back!

Collected my new car today. What a pleasure it was to deal with R N Golden Nathan who helped us along the way was helpful, didn't pressure us, answered all our questions, completed all the paperwork and transfers private plates. Not actually bought from here but I have done a test drive through them and discussed a car a couple of times. Unfortunately I've never been able to get the deal I want however the sales people here are unlike most garages. They're very polite and very pleasant to deal with. I dealt with Ahmed recently on the phone who got back to me very quickly, and even though he stated he was new there, he provided a much better experience than any garage I've used in my years of motoring. Will definitely be back for a car in the future!

Having bought a Subaru from here before I wanted to purchase a Hyundai given the previous good service. Appointment made and drive to the dealers (3.5 HR round trip). Arrived and the car had been sold. A call to let me know would have saved 3+ hours of my time and an afternoon off work. Appreciate cars sell but better service wouldn't go amiss.

As far as buying experiences go at dealers, this was one of the best I've ever encountered. To call RN Golden old school would be doing them a disservice, because quite frankly ALL car dealerships should be like this. Peter was attentive throughout the entire process and no request too small. If ever you're in the market for a new Hyundai, you could an awful lot worse than going here. Great prices, great service, highly recommended.
