Each of our previously owned Kia vehicles have been carefully examined and tested prior to being offered for sale - if a used car doesn't meet with our exacting standards, it doesn't make it into our showroom.
We are a family owned business founded over fifty years ago, originally operating as a Saab dealership, Lime Garages, in Lillington, Leamington Spa. The group has grown considerably over recent years and whilst it no longer operates from the original site, we still use the name which is very well known locally.

Jason Bowyer and David Derbyshire. Cannot Fault Them! My son bought a car from Jason at KIA Warwick in January. Unfortunately the engine management light came on within a day. They made a couple of attempts to fix it, with no success, and then paid for a Main Dealer to diagnose the fault. Sadly, they said the car needed a new engine! I hasten to add that the car was a Vauxhall and NOT a KIA.
We were gobsmacked as the car drove beautifully, (despite the engine light), and only had 27,000 miles on it. These things happen; but it's measure of the dealer how they perform when things go wrong like this. We met with the dealership owner, David Derbyshire. What a gentleman. He offered a number of options, including purchasing another car from him, and even offered to lend my son one of his own cars until he found a replacement!
In the end, he gave us a refund and took the car back. We were gutted, as the car was great, (apart from the EML), and we'd have loved to buy another car from Jason and David, but couldn't see anything on the day. I highly recommend this dealership. On my visits there, I spoke to other customers whilst waiting, and they were very complimentary too. When you find an honest, trustworthy dealership, it makes sense to stick with them. Take the risk out of car buying, and purchase from KIA Warwick!

Why is it my daughter buys a used car from your Warwick showroom and has nothing but serious safety concerns with the car or braking which has ended up with the car rolling into another vehicle and causing damage, your sales manager Tony is quite frankly rude and has treated my daughter disgustingly. I am assuming that you wish to retain customers and sell road worthy cars?
She has been told that parts will be 2-3 weeks to order in the mean time she has to drive an unsafe and unroad worthy car. Disgusting attitude and even worse that you sell such dangerous cars to the public.

Hi I bought a used car from Kia Warwick last week and the whole process from choosing, test driving to the sales process was brilliant. I would definitely recommend the whole team. Jason went through the paperwork and paired my phone into the system. Went through the dashboard system with me and was extremely helpful and it was a very good experience. We'll done kia Warwick.

Visited and wasn't acknowledged while looking around outside. Went inside stood waiting until a gentleman looked up who wasn't even an advisor. I've saved a deposit and have an exchange. Felt dissatisfied with customer service here. So left. That's ok Toyota gained their loss. First impressions count Warwick.

So my wife and myself are in the market for a new car. Kia Warwick has been by far the worst customer experience not only on our visits recently, but the worst ever. On arrival we were completely ignored by every member of staff that seemed more concerned about bad mouthing an existing customer. After having our inquisitive gazes averted for long enough we decided to get the attention of a member of staff transfixed to a screen by saying the words "anyone?".
We test drove the EV6. Which in all fairness is a stunning car to drive, but this review is not about the car. After our test drive, getting prices or any sort of personality out of the "salesperson" was like trying to draw blood from a stone. We were advised to in their words to just "check the brochure" which after checking, didn't have any prices or payment options.
It is a real shame, because it was our favourite car we drove so far, however they didn't seem to be interested in the slightest to sell it. I never leave reviews usually, but I felt that others should know what to expect, which is completly out of the norm for new car dealers. It felt they were there for the paycheck at the end of the month and very little else.

As a first time driver the thought was quite daunting, it needn't have been the team were great from start to finish and were more than happy to help me in choosing what I needed even though I wasn't sure myself. Thanks Matt for stepping me through the process and assisting when necessary will definitely use again and recommend.
