Reception staff were rude. We were Told The issue with car was because we had overfilled oil. We have never put oil in, always been serviced by pyes. Then they tell us we are riding the clutch. But they did not find a fault. Supported and Purchased cars from them and had all services done for last 30 years. Never get my families business again now. Disappointed to say the least.

Where do I begin. The fact I had to wait 3 weeks before picking up the vehicle, which I was told was in the body shop to arrive to see the paint job was botched and see a dent on the side which hadn't even been tried to be fixed. To have Nick (the owner) say "ah we were hemming and hawing about getting that fixed but we've been too busy". After having a full look around the vehicle saw that the rust was painted over and not properly fixed, scratches hadn't even been dealt with and all they offered was a full tank of full.
Talk about customer service, buy a vehicle and wait 3 weeks to see them not even bother do proper job. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone wanting a new or second hand car or even to look at their show room. And then the receptionist was on the phone to a customer while hand gesturing to another employee that the person was stupid on the phone. Definitely the worst experience I've had.

The treatment we received this afternoon was discraceful. I took a gentleman down to speak about getting a ford Kuga but when we arrived were told the staff member had been double booked. An insincere apology was given before he walked off leaving an elderly gentleman sat alone with no other services. I would advise you to retrain your staff on empathy towards people that aren't as able as others.
It took a lot of effort for this gentleman to make it to an appointment made for him to be turned away without a thought! Safe to say we won't Be rebooking after the way he was treated.

Want to share a bad experience. Went to their showroom last week and all the representatives were busy but one of them did help us to look around. He took all our information and reassured us that someone will call us soon. Tried to call them, no one attended. It looks like they are too busy to attend their customers or are not interested. Never experienced this poor service from any other car dealers

I have to say that through the purchasing stage of my lease car they were great. Always available, always willing to help, questions answered etc. Great. However, when you want to return the damn car, nobody is interested. I have left countless messages with the lady on front desk asking for her colleague (who I wont name) to contact me but he never does.
The only time I have spoken with him is after having called myself AFTER he never called back - on this occasion he 'didn't get the message to call'.Good job I called back. I had a query regarding giving the lease car back and he told me to contact Ford Credit so I did. I called yesterday again having been told by this man to speak to Ford Credit which I did and they pointed me back to Pye Motors, weary of my initial experience I said to the girl "I don't want to sound rude but can I have some assurances he will call because last time he didn't" she said "Yes I'll just email him now and he will definitely get the message or if he doesn't just call back and I'll put your through" - I was just like well what's the point in leaving a message requesting a call back if I'm going to have to call back anyway - the whole point of calling and leaving a message and request is that they will now call you - The ball is in THEIR court so to speak. Needless to say; NO CALL.
I called this morning and spoke to the same woman and she recognised me from yesterday. She said that she had sent the message which I didn't doubt and she said that her colleague was in today but moving cars around. She then said, rather audaciously, "DO YOU WANT ME TO GET HIM TO GIVE YOU A CALL! OR would you like to call back" I nearly fell off my seat.
I replied "Well there isn't much point in waiting for him to call because he never rings me back" to which she said "well I don't know anything about that". I left my office number and we said our goodbye's. Standby, this guy is hot on it. While the above is rather trivial it is so frustrating waiting to hear from someone who you have taken the time to call and it's like they don't really care.

I recently bought a car from Pye motors and I can't recommend them enough. Never before have I entered a car dealership and felt such little pressure to purchase. At no point did the sales people try and pressure me into a buying something I wasn't interested in. There was no hard sell and I was left to browse at my own leisure until such time that I needed their assistance.
When organising the finance for my car they were friendly and exceptionally helpful. I couldn't have asked for a smoother and stress free way of buying a new car. Highly recommended.
