The staff are very welcoming and friendly and helpful to help you with your product and every vehicle is serviced and maintained before you receive it and you get a 6 month warranty I have had two of them and had no problem

Only too happy to take our money but not so keen on refunding us after 2 breakdowns and when we finally got to use it on a holiday to find that after a habitation check carried out before we tuck delivery of camper, we found the fridge, waterheater, and numerous other things wasn't working. And when we went back to get our money was told " well you should expect to have a few problems with a camper of that age" so be careful you may end up with a lot of cancelled or ruined holidays thanks to this company and the ones they use to fix their vehicles

Very friendly people they looked like they bent over backwards for you at the start. When paid in full for camper was told it needs a new part for fridge and I was happy to take the camper van to the garage when I picked the van up and went to go on holiday the immobiliser stop working, this was our frist cancelled holiday. After beening in the garage a month we went on another holiday. Going down the motorway, cars flashing us, we had no side lights, then noticed a crack in the window screen and the fridge still didn't work only to end up on the back of an RAC truck after one night.

After another month in the garage we finally got our van back. Set off for another holiday to find the fridge still not working and now no hot water and the back brakes kept locking had to drive home on the A roads not happy. I rang and ask for my money back was told yes. When I returned the campervan he was unaccomadating stared to argue and said a camper this old you expect problems he was not happy about the refund but he did refund so thank you for that. My issue was the garage they use which let's them down big time.

I had a wonderful experience with Bay View Motors. Upon finding some gorgeous well-priced Minis online, I decided to visit on the day. The team accommodated my last minute visit and like on the phone, were helpful, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour in person. Upon deciding to go ahead with a Mini Clubman, the owner Martin graciously knocked a little off (even though it was clear it would sell easily at that price).

He let me store the car until I was ready to use (because of Covid-19 ended up being a few months) and the team did a great job of polishing it for collection. Sadly the undertray came loose during my first big trip. When I notified Martin - just because I felt the garage should know - Martin expressed his sincerest apologies and offered to cover a new undertray.

I could not accept his kind offer, but did accept splitting the bill. He made the transfer straight away. Martin is a caring, honest man and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. I encourage everyone to do business with Bay View, for the quality of the cars but moreover the quality of the service. There are not enough companies like this where every single touchpoint was smooth and pleasant.

Buying a car from morecambe when you stay in Glasgow was a little daunting as you don't know what to expect BUT I can tell you these guys were first class start to finish (especially kieron) couldn't do enough for me, lowered price, delivered for free, a pleasure to deal with. Everything was so easy, friendly and seamless. A+++

Arthur Daley comes to mind. They were selling my car on my behalf and after 4 months I contacted them on progress. Low and behold it had suddenly sold and it took them 4 days to pay me. After checking the DVLA web site, I found the car had been un-sorn in July and a new V5 issued in August. Until I checked up they had been sat on my money for at least 6 weeks.

Well what can I say, i bought a car just before lockdown began I was met by excellent knowledgeable un pushy sales staff, I got a good trade in price on my old fiesta when i decided on a volvo c 30 from these guys it has had a couple of issues which have been delt with swiftly top class after sales service, they said "any problems just let us know" so I did the car needed picking up as the drivers seat got stuck in far forward position, no fault of bay view cars but was sorted quickly and I was back on the road in no time!

And once again I had an issue but it went back to the garage and got sorted. A completely different experience to other second hand car sales I have come across. I would highly recommend infact I have to my brother and fiancee who is looking to upgrade her car, honestly I couldn't be happier. Thanks bay view I will be back!

Went here to buy my first car. Rang up about a noise on the drive home from picking it up. About a month later car had some expensive problems with the exhaust. So we booked it in to get it fixed on the 3 month warranty and the owner of the shop was very rude. Shouting at my mum and I. Ended up "fixing the job" with the same problem occurring not long after. Took it somewhere else and was fixed and hasn't happened again overall I would not recommend even considering buying from here. Over priced rude unhelpful staff and cars that cause nothing but troubles.

I live in Bournemouth and had been trying to buy a Autosleeper Trident for sometime down here and none were coming up of any quality - Bay View had one for sale so I rang and salesman Kieran answered the phone. He gave me a honest appraisal of the vehicle and I asked for a video - I could not get up to Morecambe for another week and did not want to lose the van so I put a deposit on it - when I came up to collect it is was exactly how Kieran had described it and even better.

The owner Martin was there when I collected the van and they could not have been anymore helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase. This company appear to be real honest traders and you can buy with confidence, they only seem to sell good vehicles - after getting back to Bournemouth I found a couple of minor issues which I spoke to Martin about and he immediately offered to pay to sort them out which I have done. I would also say the prices of their vehicles are very keen. Only just got round to doing this review bought van on 2nd March 2020

We recently bought our first motorhome from Bay View. It was a big purchase for us and Martin could not have been more helpful and reassuring. He took great care to make sure we were completely satisfied with the quality and condition of the vehicle before we purchased it. We had one or two small niggles afterwards and he could not have been more helpful in sorting new parts and repairs under warranty. Highly recommend them.

I have bought a couple of cars from Martin from bay view cars over the past few years and I have always had outstanding customer service from everyone concerned. My first dealings with bay view was when I bought a Ford Focus estate, which gave me 4 years trouble free motoring, Martin was always happy to help when it was due for a service and nothing was ever too much trouble.

It was because of this excellent service that when I decided I wanted to change my car, there was only one place to go! Martin gave me a excellent trade in price and I became the proud owner of a fantastic Peugeot partner tepee which I had my eye on. I have had the car for a while now and once again as expected it has given me trouble free motoring despite doing the motorway miles I do. I cannot thank Matin and the Bay View Cars team enough and I can honestly say that I do not hesitate to recommend them to as many people as I can.
