Please be aware of the service department they will happily assist you with your services and MoT and any issues, however this will come with further issues upon return due to negligence. My car has been damaged with further repairs and costs arising away from the initial complaint. I have witnessed this also while in the showroom with other customers. They are only interested in making as much money as they can and creating more issues to keep you paying. Be aware and note this review.

We traveled from Cornwall to pick up our new car, and Oliver, the salesperson, was excellent in communication and promptly responded to our emails from the initial contact until we collected the car. Andrea at reception was also delightful, both during the phone call and when we arrived. I would highly recommend their services.

I broke down in my Defender 90 TD5 just outside of Morecambe and had to get it shunted up to Kentdale for repair, it was quickly diagnosed that the fuel pump had gone, and needed replacing, i seem to remember it was all done and dusted the following day and ready to collect. What can i say, just simply great efficient service, which due to the fast turnaround had a minimal impact on my weeks break in Morecambe.

Amazing service at this garage. My wife's Range Rover decided to break down on the M6. We managed to get it recovered to Kentdale Land Rover who couldn't have been more helpful. Ross in servicing needs a special mention here, they managed to diagnose and repair Sarah's car while we were here on holiday. Parts costs were very reasonable, Land Rover in Essex could learn a thing or two from these guys! Can't recommend them enough. Deserve 10 stars

I recently just purchased my car from here - the entire experience was perfect. Really an above and beyond service. My car was taken to Kentdale today, I didn't buy the car from them, but after a breakdown it was taken to them on a recovery truck. I went down in a taxi provided by Landrover assist to collect a courtesy car, only to be told they had fixed the problem on my car and I could take it home. Great service and very much appreciated. Lovely showroom and service staff
