4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.

I walked into the Mercedes a couple of weeks ago and was welcomed by Rose Downward. I felt quite overwhelmed but Rose was so friendly and reassuring I was so glad to have her there to help me. The next day she took me out for a test drive and I fell in love with the car! Even though Rose has only been there for a few months she was so professional and if there was a question she didn't know the answer to she went and found out the answers for me.
The whole experience was a pleasure and that was thanks to Rose, she kept me informed all the way through the process and got everything so right. Rarely do you see such enthusiasm and professionalism like she shows so I would really like to say she is a credit to your company.

After a short delivery delay I was finally able to pick up my retirement present to me today. @Mercedesbenzsouthlakes and Matthew were brilliant - not only did they give me a great deal but they also gave me free use of a brand new demonstrator until my new car was ready to collect. customer service.

My parents recently bought their new C Class from this dealership through Luke. The customer service was second to none the entire way through the process and left my parents extremely comfortable and confident with the team and the purchase.
