After contacting Renault Manchester 3 week earlier to book MOT and detailing the faults required to pass the MOT I booked the van in for the 25April 2022. I was asked to deliver pre 08:30am so the could carry out the works, which i did, only to find they carried out MOT at 15.15pm when they new i required the van back that night. Due to their incomitance leaving it till 15.15 they could not get the part they required to pass the MOT.
I have now had to hire a van for the week due to commitments to my customers rather than let them down. Furthermore the manager at Renault was not interested and actually said he would rather argue all day as it was not his problem. obviously Renault Manchester has no thought for their customers or the service they provide, but if this is the managers attitude what can you expect, will never use this garage again or recommend to any Renault customer.

Have a 16 plate kadjar that developed a steering fault in 2018 basically became dangerous to drive and still is, two Renault dealerships near me had the car in under warranty for the same fault, neither of them with their highly trained technicians lol managed to correctly diagnos the issue or fix it. Took the car back recently to one of the dealerships for another go at diagnosing the problem, only this time I'm out of warranty, so had the pleasure of parting with 99 this time and would you believe it hey presto like magic the car needs a complete new steering shaft, column, and epas unit to the tune of nearly 1900. Contacted Renault uk about this and basically they couldn't give a toss, out of warranty its your problem, no answer as to why they never detected such a major malfunction under warranty. The car has only covered 35000mls. I'll never buy another Renault after this and I suggest others think carefully before buying one there obviously rubbish at everything.

You obviousley don't buy new vehicles to be unreliable its a concept renault don't seem to understand. Renault warranty is worthless as like many others on here when things go wrong with new vehicles (which I appreciate time to time they do) putting it right should not be at the cost of time or money to the customer another concept Renault Uk don't seem to care about/understand.
My less than 6 month old black edition trafic has a fault booked it in to a local dealership to get looked at to be told I'd have to pay for insurance on courtesy vehicle. How should I be having to pay out for use of a courtesy vehicle? its not my fault the van has got a fault at less than 7500 miles I don't want to have to take it to a dealership when I'm trying to run a business yet its OK for me to have to loose time and money to get a problem that isn't mine solved.
Customer "service" if that's what you can call it don't ever come back to you and now they are just cutting me off? Beware of spending money with Renault as after care is pretty much non existent won't be buying another Renault in the future that's for sure.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I lease a Renault car through the Renault Finance division which has just been repaired under warranty through their authorised Renault dealership. To say the experience was bad is an understatement (see entries under Arval UK and Renault Watford). The main company of course chooses to abdicate any responsibility choosing to hid behind either the dealership or the finance company.
Absolutely no sense of customer service or decency. My recently passed father drove nothing but Renaults his entire life and I myself have had three - but never again. Do yourself a favour and steer clear (no pun intended) of Renault and their partners. Simply shocking.

Purchased my Renault master van in july last year. At 29k the van has issues with the emissions system. After 13 visits to Renault the fault is still there 18 months down the line. New EGR valve. New turbo. Various knox sensors. Egr cooler replaced. Renault are only managing this issue not resolving. Has nothing to do with driving style as renault commented.
I know of at least 20 other companies that have these faults. Renault just answer back. Take it back to your dealership. This is no way to treat a customer. I am digging my heels in and posting on social media pages. Renault have a problem with this system for sure but do not want to admit it. My van still has lights on after visiting the dealership three weeks ago. Faults returned after 1700 miles. Renault sort yourselves out and actually provide a good customer service. Worst customer service I've ever received. Do not buy from this company. Will never get back the time and money I've lost as a result of a defective product - Renault refused to offer me compensation for loss of earnings, did not initially offer a replacement vehicle and took three weeks to diagnose and replace a faulty battery. They advised me if my vehicle was towed it would get looked at within 3 days and they also advised a manager would return my call within 72hrs.
It took two and half weeks to assess the problem and I finally received my callback after 11 days. This was a problem I could of sorted out myself in less than 24 hours if the vehicle wasn't under warranty. Renault clearly do not care if their cars or vans do not work properly and won't care if you lose out financially as a result. Will be telling all and anyone who will listen not to buy from them.

Wrote them an email as it states in big bold letters on their website that we respond within 24hrs. 48hrs later no response so i contacted renault rickmansworth on their online chat and was told that someone was going to get back to me regarding a corroded wiring loom problem i have. Well it's the end of the week and still no response from anyone at Renault. Disgusting bunch of individuals. Do these numpties not realise it's the joe-public that pays their wages when they deal with renault in any capacity. I'll go elsewhere now.

I'd love to leave a shinning review about my new Renault Trafic. But after 6 months on order it's still not arrived. Delay after Delay. Now waiting for parts to finish it off apparently. Sale of my old van has fallen through due to be unable to tell the buyer when he can actually have it. Van payment has now gone into another tax year which I didn't want.
I don't want a lot just to know the precise date it's coming! As the 5 previous dates haven't transpired. Very difficult trying to run my business with all the stress of it. Puts a bitter taste in your when your spending a lot of money.

We had a new Renault trafic van from toomey in basildon all seemed fine and then the problems started oil level low, adblue level low, then check anti pollution system, clean oil in coolant tank, complete joke, not covered by the warranty, have to go through your insurance company, warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Why don't they admit whats wrong and put it right,

As an update Renault now guarantee the body against rust for 2 years and then require inspections every 2 years. An improvement from annually but still a cost and inconvenience when so many manufacturers guarantee the car for 12 years straight from new. Fiat, Toyota, Honda, VW, Skoda, to name but a few.
