The worst car dealers I've ever come across in my lifetime. Christchurch Penton They sell their part exchanges on eBay Pentonmotorgroup.com/trade I purchased a car, drove 100 yards to the petrol station, I noticed a severe wheel wobble which turned out to be a sterling fault, not a balance issue. A red light came on, was told to bring car back.
It was the EML light. Toby arranged to refund me and repay the 20.00 fuel. After numerous phone calls I finally received a refund after two weeks, but no petrol refund, I also had to get the train back to Southampton, but I only wanted the petrol money back I'd put in ten minutes earlier. They are now demanding a receipt, I am not VAT registered and have no reason to keep petrol receipts, had Toby had askedn for it at the time I'd have given it to him.
The car also had flat tyres, although they say they do a safety check, letting cars go with dangerous under inflated tyres is not safe! They dont list the known faults in the cars they sell on ebay, they sold me a dangerous car. Avoid this dealer.
