Great service, bought 3 cars and a van from Mark at MMC over the last couple of years. No problems with any of them and each time the vehicles were immaculate and ready in a few hours. Follow up customer service is first class.

Thoroughly impressed by the service received from Mark. No pressure to buy, no pressure to buy add-ons. just gave me the key and left me alone to have a good look around, and start, the car. Mark did everything for me, got everything in place and even got me a fantastic rate on my finance as well. He transferred my private plate from my part-ex. to the new car and made and fitted the plates free of charge.

Couldn't test drive the car due to Covid so when I took the car home, there was the small issue of vibrations under braking - so a warped brake disc. Mark told me to bring the car back at my earliest convenience and he put me a full set of discs on the car. No hesitation or argument. Genuinely pleasant buying experience and hope to see him again in 5 years time. we'll see if I stick with Land Rover or venture back to BMW;

I bought a car from MMC four months ago but wanted to wait until I lived with the car and put it through it's MOT until I left any kind of review. And I can say I am absolutely delighted. The vehicle (an E92 BMW 320d) was in pristine condition - the engine was detailed and MMC took it upon themselves to do additional cosmetic work to enhance it. (such as painting the brake callipers).

My appreciation for the great condition of the vehicle was cemented today after it sailed through its MOT was no faults at all. The service was excellent. I dealt with the owner (Mark) throughout the whole process - from my first email after seeing the car listed on eBay until I picked up the keys and drove.

I had recently been in contact with MMC as I was interested in a car they had in their showroom. When I arrived I greeted with a polite welcome and invited to have a look around the showroom freely without being hassled. I was extremely impressed with the cars and showrooms as they were immaculately presented. I would definitely recommend this garage as the customer service was excellent!

Recently bought an X5 from here, what can i say.excellent friendly owner and staff, great range of vehicles, if you can't see the vehicle you like i'm sure they will do their hardest to find what yr looking for. I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from here and after shopping around other garages it was a breath of fresh air to meet a family business that had no pushy salesman and a relaxed approach. The showroom and cars were presented immaculately You need to visit to appreciate this. It was a real refreshing change for a single lady to be taken seriously when purchasing a car on her own. I have bought 3 cars over the past few years from MMC Cars and the service I have had has always been excellent, in fact better than most main dealers. I did have a few minor problems with a couple of my cars which is to be expected with used cars but Mark has always had the issues resolved promptly. I would rate there aftersales service as 10/10. Overall a very friendly car sales with a very impressive showroom.
