Hi everybody, I did buy Kawasaki Vulcan VN 1700 Voyager. I was not sure all right because never before was driving such big bike. I came 200 miles to home and did apointment in Local Kawasaki service. Bike perfect. BILLAU many thanks. Recomand.

I sold my Motorbike today to this company. I advertised on Facebook and was contacted by the owner. I was offered a very fair price for it, very close to my initial asking price and more than I expected from a dealer or a private buyer. It was a very pleasant experience, without any of the usual hassle of having to put up with tyre kickers or nit pickers. The next day he turned up at my door, gave the bike a quick view and promptly paid up, and took it away. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone

I have had 2 bikes from Billau motorcycles this year, both bought without seeing them, just photos, descriptions and a chat with the sales team. A Z1000SX back in April that I collected after full payment & a VTR1000 last week, that was delivered after full payment. Both bikes were as described, great customer service from everyone at Billau. I would recommend and buy from them again without hesitation.

Please PLEASE do not buy a bike from photographs without physically seeing it before you buy. I was assured by the owner Andrew the bike was A1 I still have the message from him. I decided to bite the bullet and took a 5 hour round trip to view it, thank god I did the bike was no where near A1 and had not even been cleaned propper but on the photographs it looked A1.

I returned home and messaged Andrew and told him I didnt even get an apology one thing is for sure I won't be going there again. I have now purchased an Harley Davidson and it is A1 I purchased it from Bolton 20 minutes away, just shows you the bike of your dreams can be under your nose.so take the time to go to it feel it admire it and if it is A1 BUY IT! Andrew talks a good game, but once he'd got the money, the promises to replace the coded key that was missing on delivery, went out the window. Messed me about for a week with numerous excuses, then I had no alternative but to call in trading standards and now applying to credit card company for refund.

Will never go back disgustingly bad service, bought bike they got the money then havnt wanted to know (fork seal leaking on collection ) Was told we will sort, nearly one month later i had to ring and ask about fork seals and was abrubtly told fork seal! Told them to post too me and id do it still waiting.

A great service from start to finish. Trike was delivered bang on time. Everyone has remarked at the great condition of it, looks brand new! Andrew was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Billau as a place to buy from. In fact I'm planning to upgrade next year and this will be my first place to go to.

Spoke with Nicole about the Goldwing and going upto to view. Very helpful with the pictures she sent. No pressure, did not manage to go and view due to finding one closer to home. Positive response and appreciated their understanding. Very friendly. Thanks.

The guy wants top dollar for his bikes offers bottom dollar for yours in PX. 4mths on he still has the same bike for sale 1k cheaper. I would have done a deal at todays prices.
