When you buy a car, or any motor vehicle, there are a lot of associated costs that go with it. You need to tax your car, fill your car with fuel, pay for servicing, pay for repairs and also insure your car. You may think that's an expense you can do without. You could say that you're a safe driver and won't have any crashes. Maybe you think that because your car is in the garage every night it won't be stolen. You may even think that your car is an old banger so it's not worth insuring and you'll dispose of it should it get damaged.

After working in the car insurance industry for several years I started NetCars.co.uk as a way of informing younger drivers in the main the importance of car insurance. For whatever reason, many new drivers don't seem to fully understand the importance of car insurance and certainly can't understand why the cost of car insurance appears to be so high, for new young drivers in particular.

My mother and father bought a used car from here. Was told the car was taxed, it was not, was told it was unscratched, it was scratched badly. Went to return the car, they advised we leave the car with them and any damage that was sustained that they find whilst they keep it, we will have to pay for, we asked if they would damage the car after we left, he just smiled at us. Horrible place, do not get scammed.

DO NOT use this place! Paid over 6000 for a car within a day started crunching going into third gear need new gear box, clutch and loads more issues, I have had to pay out of my own pocket because I refuse to take it back to this place after speaking to people who have had same problems they advised not to take it back as the vehicle would only leave with more problems.
The so called men I spoke to are disgusting expecting me to drive 2 hours to return a faulty car they sold me to then leave me without a car! Will be taking this further won't be the last time they hear from me. Rude people

I bought a used focus off these guys. Amazing and quick sale. Had an issue with the car shortly after buying which they were quick to offer to repair. It took a while to figure out what the issue was and they put up with me mithering them everything 10 minutes. I felt communication between customer and garage could be better but they fixed my issue and offered to pay for taxis if the issue couldn't be resolved. Thanks Steve. Will use again

Agreed to buy car over the phone went straight down with the funds but when I got there the car was sold, a very half hearted apology didnt welcome, didn't shake hand, didn't stand up from desk. Owner and 2 staff couldn't be bothered leaving the office to show me any alternatives until I abruptly asked 'Do you even want o sell a car' show me around?
When he did it was half hearted bordering on rude and then walked and & said I will leave you to it. I bought a car half an hour later around the corner, where owner was polite and gave us a coffee. This guy needs training on customer service they all appear lethargic and lazy.

Really pleased with my experience overall with these guys. Fast efficient service. I struggled to collect my car but they went over and beyond by delivering it to me the very next day. Lovely, polite guy who delivered. I dont think you'll beat these guys on price with toyota alphards in the UK. Thank you

Lied and cheated us, failed to undertake agreed work, tricked us into thinking that tyres had been replaced by moving them around the car and hiding cracks with black polish, failed to re-gas aircon as promised, Let us drive away with front brakes that would not pass an MOT. We have had to spend over 800 sorting out issues that they promised to do. Do not trust this garage, they will lie to you.
