Josh was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Went out of his way to get me in a car as part of the land rover service scheme. Went above and beyond and was very fair, polite and kind and always kept me happy. I've had really bad experiences with other branches of enterprise but this branch and Josh are a true asset and good experience to deal with. Many thanks once again!

I do not recommend Enterprice. I rented a van for Spain. after 3 days the car broke down, I had to go back, I called the AA, enterprice and I was asked to go to a car service but here I did not solve anything, we had to go to an Enterprice center where I changed the car, the time wasted and the costs were borne by me. I was told on the phone that I would not pay anything but 2 days ago I woke up with a bill of 686

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. So my 1st experience renting a car from enterprise was fantastic. I would highly recommend them all the workers there are amazing. I was a bit nervous at 1st but the guys at enterprise explained everything clearly, fantastic customer service. Definitely would hire again from them. Thank you enterprise

Hiring a car for the 1st time was very time consuming, especially when you just want to speak to someone instead of all the online options. Well thanks to enterprise contact line it was all very easy, answered all my questions and booked everything for me. On collection I was greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful and friendly, who also put me at ease. On returning the car a few days later the staff were great and I would definitely recommend Finchley Enterprise again.

Brilliant customer service and excellent communication from Derrick and the team who provided my hire car. Derrick was personable and efficient and went out of his way to find me a smaller automatic model that I felt more comfortable in than the original car that was initially available on the lot. Highly recommended.

On a Friday afternoon you suddenly find you need a car as yours is out of action. A few taps in the Enterprise app and a car is booked for a couple of hours time @ a very reasonable price given it's a booking for Christmas week! I arrived at the branch to a warm and friendly welcome and I was soon in my car and away feeling like I had been looked after. Returning the vehicle a week later was equally as easy. Great service all around from the 'new' branch in Finchley, thanks.

We rented a lorry from Enterprise Finchley and were impressed with the service from the staff from the start of the booking to the final return of the vehicle. We had to extend the booking period prior to collection, this was conducted over the 'phone with minimum effort and the new "paperwork" was sent immediately by email, The collection of the vehicle was simple and were met by friendly office staff, who efficiently took my details prior to giving me the key.
The vehicle was clean and ready to go. The return process was simple and were met by the same enthusiastic staff from the two days previously. I wouldn't hesitate to hire a vehicle from the Finchley branch when needed.

Please absolutely do not trust the people who work here. They steal things. It was our fault to begin with, but we had accidentally left one of our baggage inside the car we rented. We went back to the Hammersmith office two days later to inquire about the forgotten baggage and they did have it, but the inside was literally empty. We had so many things inside the bag, including lots of valuables.
They claimed that the people who rented the car after us must have stolen the contents. But hey, don't you clean out the car before you rent it out to the next customer? It was a very, very BIG RED BAG. There's absolutely no way the staffs hadn't noticed the bag before renting the car again. The experience at this office completely destroyed our otherwise would have been perfect vacation in the UK.

I have always had wonderful service renting with Enterprise. Until I rented from this location while on vacation. Upon arrival, they told us that we could not decline their insurance (which is necessary in order to have your credit card company cover you under their policy, which is free of charge), stating that only the airport location would do that.
This adamant refusal with very little explanation cost us an extra $135. There was a chip on the windshield when we returned the car (which we do not recall incurring, and do not know if it was there to begin with). Even though we paid extra for the insurance, the chip was not covered and we would have had to pay an extra $127 to cover it (for a chip? really?), which we contested. Eventually, Enterprise told us that because of the insurance and the wait we incurred to pick up the car in the first place, they would not charge us for the chip, and we settled our bill.
A month after returning the car, I have been in explicitly charged $127 to my credit card with no contact and no explanation. I have tried to get in touch with the branch to determine what this charge is for (traffic violation? Windshield chip?) to no avail. Eventually, Enterprise Corporate had to investigate and told me there was no record of a traffic violation, so I can only assume the London branch either went back on their word and charged us the repair, stole my credit card number, or are just a veritable sh*tshow that doesn't know what's going on.
One star is given because we were upgraded as the car was not ready for us as scheduled, which was nice; however, I expect they had no choice but to upgrade us as no other cars were available to begin with. The manager was very nice, and the staff were generally OK, albeit unhelpful with the insurance issue. Bottom line: avoid the headache and circus that is this branch and rent somewhere else (with Enterprise or otherwise!).

I was moving from London to Glasgow and needed a car. I picked up from Enterprise and we checked the vehicle. Thankfully I documented a scuff on the side door of the van I used to move to Glasgow which wasn't big enough to be classed as "damage". The person checking with me wasn't going to document it at all. No problem, took a photo. Didn't think more of it.
I was also told it was also fine to add an extra driver at another branch - just had to pay for the extra days of an additional driver. Got to Leeds and they wanted to take an additional 200 deposit off me to add another driver (on top of the 200 deposit I'd already paid for the hire). I got that waived because I knew the names of the people I'd spoken to who didn't inform me of this. Got to Glasgow, dropped the van off. Signed a document confirming I was dropping the van off in the same state I picked it up in.
Apparently this document counts for nothing because I got a phone call 2 days later saying I was being charged for damage to the side door. I missed the call and checked my voicemail informing me of this and they'd taken the money off me before confirming anything with me. Thankfully got that refunded (plus a bit extra as a sorry) because I had proof that it wasn't classed as damage when I picked it up.
Now nearly 2 months later I get a letter charging me 250 for the damage which wasn't ever damage in the first place and had been agreed it wasn't ever damage. Thankfully I knew who I'd spoken to to get the refund and have got it waived for the second time. The cost breakdown in the letter didn't even come to 250 but they wanted to charge me that anyway because it's the max they could because I reduced my excess to exactly that. Lesson: document all scuffs to the hire vehicle, even if they don't call it damage in the first place or it'll cost you hundreds of pounds. Take names of everyone you speak to. Or just don't use Enterprise.

I have used quite a few rental agencies since my father sold my car when I wasn't looking, and Enterprise have really come through for me. The first branch I used was the one in Swansea and they were pretty good, reimbursed me for the taxi I got to their office and forgot to charge me the young driver surcharge. The guys in the Hammersmith branch were heroes.
We made a booking very late at night, the night before we wanted the car at 8am the next day. The booking was made by my flatmate's mother, who is a bit mental and a very demanding customer. They came to pick us up in the morning and then we embarked on a haggling session with my friend's mother trying to wangle us out of the young driver surcharge.
Eventually they upgraded our car and gave us 10% off. And they did it all with a good sense of humour. Their prices are some of the best of all the hire companies I've looked at, and their pick up service is very convenient. Highly recommended.
