The history of Mitchell Group is simple. Mark Mitchell and founder employee Neil Crowden (now Group Director) developed three further locations over three years, purchasing the company's first freehold service station in Neston in 1993. Their keen interest in four wheel drive motors led to the focus on selling specialist vehicles during the mid 1990s.

An absolute pleasure to do business with! Sales Specialist Rob Norton treated me like a valued customer from start to finish. No pressures, easy and friendly taking the hassle out of buying. Picked up my new car tonight to discover that it has not only been valeted and serviced but they had also MOT'd put in some fuel all at no extra cost. I thought the customer service couldn't be topped until Rob presented me with a bouquet of flowers! Highly recommend if your looking to buy a car new or old. 7 days ago I seen a Mazda 3 advertised with Mitchell Mazda in Chester. I showed interest on line and was contacted by Justin. Throughout the buying process I have been very impressed with the service Justin provided. He constantly kept me informed of the progress of my purchase and quickly answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle through Mitchell's Mazda and I would highly recommend them for any future purchases. Outstanding dealership that make the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. This is the first time I have used this Dealer to service my Skoda Superb. All I can say is the customer service from every single member of staff is absolutely amazing! The Customer Waiting Lounge is like a VIP Lounge at an airport. I'm actually writing this review from the Customer Lounge now (that must be a first?) I'd be happy for the technicians to take all day working on the car, so I can work from here all day.

Don't even consider going anywhere else. I will not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Skoda as could not rate them more highly. I will definitely be using them for all servicing going forward and wish I had found out about them years ago. Well done guys a truly great job and a very satisfied and impressed customer.

Highly recommend this place. They're always very helpful in and out of my workplace. The owner is a credit to the company and in the past has came out in his own time to help one of their customers on a job I had been dealing with. Ive just got off of the phone with one of his service receptionists and she was extremely helpful with another issue. Always friendly and happy to help. Thanks again

Disappointed to say the least. Went to get my car serviced. They now ask that the inside is clean and that all personal items are removed. No problem. I remove everything and hoover as much as I can with my home hoover! I'll get it valeted as soon as possible but right now, didn't have the time between the school runs and driving all over the place.
I drop the car, leave. 5min later I get a call: The engineers are refusing to service my car because it's too dirty and a COVID risk. That's it, end of. 1. The CDC says: "odds of getting infected via a contaminated surface or object is "generally less than 1 in 10,000." 2. I thought, OK, it's not spotless, but to say it's too dirty to be serviced is insulting in so many ways I don't even know where to go with that. 3.
Despite having bought 3 cars from you (last one "on a whim while I was getting a service), despite having 3 of our friends now Mitchell clients after our recommendation, I'm right bang in the middle of you and Furrows Skoda and that's where I'm going Wednesday for my next service and that's probably where my next car will come from too.

I have just bought a second hand car from here and the service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, customer service was second to none, the staff knew their stuff and stayed late to talk me through my paperwork. When I went to pick the car up it was sitting in a delivery bay wait to go. It looked genuinely like it was brand new. Absolutely brilliant. I can't fault them. And I don't give five stars lightly!

At last a dealership that does what I want. I needed my Fabia servicing, but I work full time and can't always get out - no problem say's the guy on the phone - we'll come and collect it for you! And sure enough on the alloted date, there driver turned up and took it back to Cheshire Oaks, the service was completed for the price I was quoted and the car was returned later looking brilliant as they had washed and hoovered it. I will certainly be using them again, and who know's might even be persauded to go for a vRS.

I bought a second hand car from here some years ago. The sales staff were very good and approachable. I did not feel I was being 'sold to'. Along with the car came an ability to get the car washed, for free, at the garage each Saturday morning. Whilst this is being done, we have coffee and cake. I must have recouped the cost of my car by now, but the tactic works because I will definately be going back for my next car.
