Gardens are not only for lawns and household play fields, but can also be perfect locations for storage sheds wherein one can just basically stock unused household stuffs in the shed. As part of the entire house exterior, it is only but proper that garden sheds will also look presentable and in-relative to the house's design.

Some houseplants are grown for their blooms, some for their foliage. Fittonias (fit-TOH-neeuh), AKA nerve plant or mosaic plant, are certainly one of the most striking examples of the latter. A member of the Acanthaceae family, who hails mainly from Peru, includes two accepted species (Fittonia albivenis and Fittonia gigantea), with three other possible species currently being debated and dozens of Fittonia varieties. Both species sport green leaves with colorful pink, red, yellow, or white veins and bear small white flowers.

There are a lot of plants out there that have been reclassified botanically but are so popular they tend to become the representative of an entire genus that they no longer belong to. There are currently 422 accepted species of geranium, but most of the geraniums you know are actually former members that now belong to the genus Pelargonium.

You may or may not have fittonia (fit-TOH-neeuh) before, but there's little denying the attraction of these tropical plants. Commonly referred to as nerve plants, there are only two accepted species in this Peruvian member of the Acanthaceae family: Fittonia albivenis and Fittonia gigantea. These beautiful perennials are known as the mosaic plant feature pink, red, yellow, or white veins along with their green foliage and are known to produce small white or off-white flowers.But whether you own one of the Big Two, a cultivar, or one of the three Fittonias which have not yet been determined to be either a Fittonia variant or a distinct species, there's one problem that's easy to run into - leggy growth.
