Best place to go if your looking to buy a car bought my mini cooper sd from here the people there cannot do enough for you had a few teething problem's when i first bought the car and thay took it back and fixed it no question's asked fantastic garage could not recommend them enough thank you Adam and sons

Just arrived home in my new car. It was certainly worth the three hour drive to deal with such a lovely bunch of people. Owen is very professional and friendly. It was important for me to buy a car from people I can trust and my extensive research led me to Adams & Sons and they didn't let me down at all. Also dealt with the lovely Karen and Fred the driver who collected me from the station.

One of the most easy going and straightforward experiences in purchasing a car I have experienced. Owen is possibly the nicest and most genuine car salesmen I have encountered. He was helpful from start to finish and secured me a great deal on the exact car I was looking for. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

To anyone considering using Adam and sons to purchase a vehicle! I had been searching for a specific vehicle and this dealership happened to have one for sale. They are situated just over 90 miles from my location so I was instantly uncertain about using a garage with this amount of distance from me, just incase any problems occurred. Well they did. yet despite unforseen problems that surfaced once the vehicle was in use, I have to admit that it was at no point a problem, nor an inconvenience to this company to not only cover all costs to this particular issue, but in order to make the process smoother for what was such a disappointment; have the vehicle both collected and returned with a full tank of fuel once repairs were made.
I just want to say that effort was made to give me regular updates and assurance that the matter was being handled and made a priority. Thank you Owen and thank you Vern for making a potential customer nightmare a smooth and effortless experience. I couldn't recommend this dealership enough having put them to the test on their integrity in delivering on customer service and customer satisfaction when stuff goes wrong and at distance. Me & my family Can't recommend the guys at Adams & Sons enough and specially one man and he is OWEN. The day I went to see the car (Mitsubishi- Outlander), I met Owen he has done nothing but help and assist with every step of the process of buying this new car. I have bought many cars over the years, but none of them have come close to the service provided by Owen and his team. Once again Thank you so much Owen.

I can not fault the service provided by the guys at Adam's and Sons. I had a blow out and my autistic grandson was in the car with me, I pulled in to the garage to see if they could help, of course they could! AMAZING SERVICE I purchased an Audi S5 Convertible from Owen at Adams and Sons. Firstly the price was great and secondly the service from everyone at the garage has been exceptional. The car is 8 years old and they prepped it to a standard where it looks no older than 2 to 3 years old. I live on the East Coast so travelling to Rutland was not the most local of journeys but it was completely worth it.
Since purchasing I have been back to use the service department and again. excellent service. I have family and friends local to the garage and I have recommended these guys to everyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Adams and Son's dealership. All the cars I could see were in excellent condition and I felt that I would be looked after as a customer after purchasing. It seems most other dealers I visited on this day were comfortable with selling cars with faults. The adverts all look the same on autotrader but Adams and Son's present the car as it appears in the advert without unwelcome surprises. I expect to be back for future purchases.
