My partner and I recently purchased a BMW 530e from Simon at Witham Garage, he was very friendly, professional, and did everything he could to get us in our new car quickly and without hassle. The car was presented perfectly. Couldn't ask for more from Simon or Witham Garage as a whole!

A pleasure to deal with, from start to finish no pressure but lots of advice and ended up with a lovely vehicle. Josh was a star I would highly recommend.

Went to look at a car after being treated aggressively elsewhere and when we got here it was like a breath of fresh air the moment we walked through the door. Sales team do stampede to get your attention, we were left to browse at our leasure. Test drive was good and still no pressure to buy. When we did decide to buy everything was explained clearly without speaking down to us and the free 6 month warranty seems really good (for a change) which we extended. Picked the car up all valeted and serviced and the sales team still had time to make sure we were happy with everything. Left felling very relaxed and happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend this garage.

Fantastic sales service from Simon and the team. Courteous, professional, informative and friendly. I'm absolutely delighted with the second hand car I bought, and the part exchange. Highly recommended!

A bit late on leaving a review. Gave this dealership plenty of time to rectify the issues. Absolutely love the car but it came delivered with a few issues which put us off. First of all it was absolutely battered down the motorway when it was delivered to us. The car was so dirty, but this did not bother us too much at the time. Once cleaned, we noticed a few scratches and scuffs.

Again nothing a bit of machine polish couldn't sort but the dealer should have done this. The back windscreen wiper was missing. Rob the sales agent advised everything was in order when left so I can only imagine it fell off when during transport to my house. After a few days we noticed the reverse brake light wasn't working, reported this and they asked us to bring it into their workshop.

We are over 250 miles away so was not possible at the time due to lock down etc. A bit of time passed and we were down visiting family near the garage. Thought to take it in and absolutely no help whatsoever. No reply to messages/ emails nothing. Contacted the financers and all they could advise was "rear light led unit needs replacing. Fault did not seem to be there at time of sale" how could they possible know that.

So after paying for a car without viewing during lockdown purely based on reviews we are left with a few thousand pounds worth of damages. I never leave reviews, good or bad but this time I'm just annoyed.

I was hoping for great service from this garage based on previous reviews but was left feeling disappointed. After 8 days of ownership an oil change light came up and I contacted the salesman to say if they could cover or at least contribute to the 150 cost. I was told no that it just needed the light resetting even though the last time the car had been serviced was 10,000 miles previous. Seemed like a basic courteous thing to do for something ive had 8 days. Spoiled my experience with them.
