Enquired via phone yesterday about a new mokka which was in stock at the dealership. Spoke to Peter. Asked him for pcp quote to be emailed to me so that I could look at figures and put deposit on the car. No email received. Phoned today and asked to speak to Peter. "sorry he's busy, can I take a number?" left phone number and didn't return call. Appalling service.
I'll buy a car from a dealership that is actually interested in securing my business. Update - Turns out the "sales director" is actually Peter! Made excuses for not phoning back or emailing. Gave me figures over the phone and I asked him to email me those figures so that I had it in writing. Said he couldn't email full quote but would send over 'some figures'. Never received email. Expected me to buy a car without having quote in black and white. Total incompetence. Have now ordered from another dealership. AVOID!

It was my first visit to Vauxhall Aston and having never purchased a car from a dealership before I was unsure and apprehensive about what to expect. The sales associate I dealt with was Liam Smith who was extremely approachable and knowledgeable without being pushy. I had booked a test drive for an Astra GTC and Liam was very thorough and patient in explaining the process of part exchanging my car against it. Having agreed to the sale, he explained the paperwork patiently and I felt assured by his confident matter.
I was incredibly impressed by the efficiency, clarity, and straightforwardness of the experience. I bought the car, feeling assured by my experience that nothing was too much trouble nor would be if I were to experience a problem down the line. I left Aston having complete confidence in the Vauxhall brand and service. I will endeavour to recommend people to Vauxhall Aston again, and in particular to Liam Smith. I am incredibly impressed and I love my new car!

Very great service by Aston Vauxhall and especially Katie Hill who was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole car buying process, and best of all they were offering the best price for a brand new Corsa than any other vauxhall dealerahip in the country so kudos to that. On the day of the car collection, again very thing was on point and the whole process painless, Aston Vauxhall made us feel very welcome into the showroom and Katie explained everything in good detail so we were left with not any questions to ask at all which is always satisfying. I 100% recommend anyone looking for a brand new or used Vauxhall to go to Aston Vauxhall before looking anywhere else.

I am never usually overwhelmed with the sales service from car dealerships. I always get the sense that I am not their most important customer, unless it's the day I pay the deposit and sign the finance agreement. Aston is not like this. My experience dealing Katie Hill was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and reliably on point with all the detail. This is especially important to me when buying a new car remotely. Well done Katie, Well done Aston!
