Honestly this is the best ever service I've got for a long time. I have purchased many cars from various places and usually don't do reviews. This place needs a Recognition. Excellent service by the team and Raj is outstanding he is very experienced in the motor trade 10/10 I had few issues with the vehicle and straight away got it fixed. The gentleman Raj gave his own time after work hours. 60 miles away from me and sorted it out. Brilliant never had any garages do that. Spot on guys. Anyone interested to buy a vehicle this is the place. Visit them and purchase a car you won't be disappointed.

Good dealership, had the car from them a few weeks with no issues. Helpfully picked me up from the station when I collected the car.

I had an extremely good experience with Ashby Square Motors. Niraj was proactive in his communication when I reached out through auto trader and booked me in for an appointment that afternoon. The one to one appointment included a thorough overview of the car and a test drive. Niraj took time to understand what I needed from a new car and clearly had extensive knowledge of the car and industry.

The car has been excellent and comes with a good 3 month warranty. Niraj had some minor concerns over the battery and although it had passed all battery tests, he replaced it anyway with a new battery at no cost to me which I thought was great. The car came with an MOT and a service. Niraj has also reached out to me a few times since purchasing to check all is ok and I am enjoying the car which I really appreciated.

Overall Niraj's customer service was some of the best I have experienced across any industry. I quickly trusted Niraj greatly which is usually not something you always associate with the car industry. I would highly recommend using Ashby Square Autos and will return myself in the future.

Nice staff, nice cars, always known friends and family who have purchased a car here have purchased quality, just didn't have what I was looking for when I visited and by no means is this a discredit. Definitely worth a visit if you see what you like online.

Makesure you take a mechanic or someone who knows about cars before purchasing, as most of these cars are run down from previous owners who have bought cars in a exchange, majority of people get new cars because the ones they have are run down or showing signs of serious problems. The owner appears to be genuine but unfortunatly he is over run by his lackys who are very dodgy, who will make the car out to be the best thing you will buy knowing the car has serious problems and they will take great deal of time to cover it all up.

Also they will get you to get a mot from a garage in Leicester, who gives dodgy certificates. Buyers be cautious. Also makesure you keep receipt of purchase as speeding ticket came for car purchased from here and they tried to say i had the car in date of offence but luckily i had proof of purchase which THEY also had and should of checked before replying to the speeding office or contacting me but decided to tell the speeding office they did not have the car on this day, even had the nerve to call me and express sorrow that unfortunatly a speeding ticket had come for car after the sale to myself. Luckily i checked all dates before replying to the ticket and their answer was " somebody must of cloned the plates".

The car purchased has now been checked properly and i was told alot of serious dangerous problems where apparent on the vehicle which should most definetly of showed up on the MOT ( garage of there choice). Very good with their mouths but along with this very sly and dodgy. Like i said the lackys are the ones running this be careful of the older guy with the moustach and younger guy with glasses. One thing you cant fool is KARMA. SNM.

Bought a 530gt 6 months ago and did a fair few miles before I posted this review. Car is brilliant, just as described, no hidden surprises. Had it checked in local specialist and he confirmed that the car is sound. Seller was amazing and nice. Would recommend.

Me and my dad went to look at a car. We didn't buy it in the end but the man was very nice, let us look over the car in our own time and let us test drive it as well. All in all they seemed very polite and honest

Ask plenty of questions about the condition of the vehicle you're interested in before travelling. I didn't expect a 9k car to have a worn out and ripped driver's seat and three different brands of tyre fitted, amongst other things not mentioned or shown in the Auto Trader listing.
