Went to visit the car dealer last week and Lucasz was fantastic from start to finish, everything was smooth from the test drive, knowledge of the vehicle to the admin processing and purchasing the vehicle which we collected yesterday. Awful service from beginning to end. False statements about mileage, vehicle condition, etc. Definitely living up to the used-car salesman stereotype. Go elsewhere.

Very disappointing visit. Drove 2 hours each way to check a car to be told I'm not able to test drive it until a hard credit check is done. They should have mentioned that on the phone when we spoke many times and each time i stressed that a test drive is my key objective from the visit. waste of time and petrol. If every Garage will ask for a full credit check before a test drive is done, and if you are like me considering a couple of car options, one's credit score will take a big hit for such a basic ask.

We arrived there with no problems and customer service has been brilliant, got to test drive the car and we loved it. Next thing we did we bought car and dealing with them I could not fault it.

Visited this place recently, didn't buy a product from them because of a few things mainly one that wasn't in there control BUT The vehicle I found online advertised by them was overall well presented. Had a few issues which they agreed they would look at. Mainly didn't like the fact they wanted to do a finance check before having a test drive. They then held my licence and car keys whilst I went out. I can see why, but it's not necessary. So buyer be ware.

Called prior to Traveling one hour to view lexus rc300h, incorrect mileage advertised. 2000mile+ difference, rust chip on is roof. Front tyres badly worn outer edges. Very Cold welcome from Steve the salesman. No effort to correct problem. Went to London and purchased from a much smaller dealer. Cleaner example although year older. Missed opportunity.

Waste of my time. I can give you there details. They could certainly teach you a how customer service should work. Terrible experience for me and my wife. Would never recommend.

Check the your vehicle your buying with a fine tooth pick. You go here it looks so good too if the range cars fancy showroom. Purchased a Van very expensive turns out been damaged bad repair

Recently bought a car from Jas at Motorline and couldn't fault any of the process. Based in London so talked through the car over the phone initially as well as price for PartEx on current car. Even said he'd give the amount he's offered for the car regardless, if I could find a better price then to go for it. Wasn't pressured at all and loved his approach. Paid a holding deposit and car was ready 3 working days later. Drove up from London, car was exactly as marketed with full service and MOT completed.

Found Jas brilliant to deal with, really personable guy and made the process easy from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and will be using again for sure, although might be a while as love the car we've bought! 5/5 and thanks again Jas!

I just purchased a Land Rover FreeLander 2 from Motorline Direct. I loved the no pressure approach, I'm 54 so remember the days of high pressure car sales, nothing like that here. In fact Gary the salesman did a great job, reassuring all the way. I also liked that all cars had marked prices and the price is the price approach, for me this means I paid what you'd pay, I haven't walked out thinking maybe I could have saved a bit more if I'd pushed it.

The car clearly had a very good clean job, inside, out and under the bonnet, it looks like new! I think this is the first car I've ever purchased where I'm 100% please with everything. Full marks to this team and fully recommend!

I brought a 2016 golf r. I loved the car. After 600 miles I had a horrible vibration. I've got a car garage myself (malcolm Miles motor engineer Ltd). I'm not one of them to go back for warranty warranty warranty but after I put a new wheel bearing on the noise was still there. So I called up and explained my problem and also I need a curiosity car.

I dropped my car off and picked up a curiosity car. After 3weeks of struggling to find out the problem I get a call to be told its all good and ready for collection. New: rear discs and pads, prop shaft reworked and checked. Etc etc. The problem was osf wheel bearing. After going to 2 vw specialist who couldn't find the problem. What I'm trying to say is that it is hard to get a good name but very easy to get a bad name. This company went head over heels to help me out. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I WILL RECOMMEND YOU

Needed to find an estate car suitable for my dogs but also one that I would love myself. Stopped in at Motorline, was able to browse all vehicles, found the perfect BMW 5 series, great specification, fab price - happy with the offer on my part exchange which saved me the hassle of selling private. All the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. Picked up the car a few days later, the valet was top standard. Will be back next time! Will recommend, thank you again.
