Brundle Volkswagen's relationship with the UK dates back to 1952, when the first two Beetles were sold. In 1953 Volkswagen Motors Ltd became the official UK importer, and the brand went from strength to strength. The Passat arrived in 1973, the Golf and Scirocco were imported in 1974 while the last Beetle built in Europe arrived in the UK in 1978.

Terrible. Brought a Golf from here and it had an electrical fault on the throttle and caused a delay, similar to a stall. We took it back twice and they said the car was fine and could not fix it, clearly it was not and it seemed they couldn't be bothered. In the end we sold the car, but found Bundle to be useless and course. This was some time ago so they may have improved.

Bought a used VW Touran, After two days of collection vehicle had clutch faults, required new clutch pack and also my VW dealership found the car needing over 1100 worth of tyres, brakes and suspension. Goes to show the Multi Point Checks don't get carried out. Ohh and wait for it. 8 months down the line to last month when my vehicle cuts out it gets recovered to VW to be told my warranty is VOID as the vehicles engine has been tuned.

Another thing missed by Peter coopers. The case is now in the hands of the Motor Ombudsman. Let's hope they can contact Peter coopers as myself and VW customer service struggle to do! Please do your research and don't buy a vehicle from PETER COOPERS PORTSMOUTH.

This is a terrible company to work for if you are an ethnic minority. Racist behaviour, attitudes and comments are common place and if you dare to report it you will become a target. The senior managers are clearly happy with this climate as they do nothing to improve it. As a general rule at Peter Cooper ethnic minorities are less than everybody else and have no rights to fair treatment.

After I resigned Peter Cooper have made numerous attempts to damage my credibility with my new employers which include unofficial telephone conversations and emails. Even after leaving they still desire to hinder my progress.

VW undoubtedly make nice cars, and Peter Cooper will be happy enough to sell you one. But once you've signed on the dotted line that is it. Customer service is zero. Somehow I just expected more from a VW dealer!

Car was in for a very specific problem which they checked and confirmed when I dropped my car off. When I picked it up they didn't bother fixing the issue but just gave the car a health check. Turns out my car was only looked at very late in the afternoon so obviously ran out of time to fix it. Rather than admitting that they tried to fob me off. They mentioned things needing changing ie 'bad brake fluid' which was changed only a week before. This even includes a rear wiper that they themselves changed a month earlier. Lazy rip off merchants. Avoid.
