Church Square Autos was started by David Koskela in 1981. The business aim was to sell the best in genuine, low mileage Prestige and Sports cars. Our sales site is set in the historic Shepperton Church Square, the square dating back to the 15th Century. Our showroom was built in the late 1930s, originally as a drive through petrol station, later to be converted. The Olde World Site is one of the prettiest anywhere, winning many "Spelthorne in bloom" competitions.

Bought a car supplied by them a couple of years back that had allegedly had the engine rebuilt with new cambelt, head gaskets all the things that need to be done on a TF. It had only done 2,500 miles since this 2.5 K job so when I took it in for a service & to have the clutch slave replaced I thought it would be a quick in and out job. The slight oil leak turned out to be quite serious coming from the camshaft camshaft oil seals which were leaking all over the cambelt.
How it didn't slip I will never know but lucky it didn't or that would have been the end of it. Those seals should have been replaced when the cambelt was changed and I know they weren't because they weren't itemised on the bill. Not somewhere I'd trust my vehicle to for work and I'd be wary of buying one from them. The water pump which was also supposed to have been replaced with a new one was leaking and corroded. Not good.

David was a wonderful gentleman who clearly is so passionate about his business and classic cars. He was ever so patient while my partner checked every inch of the vehicle late one evening when I'm sure he would rather have been home for tea. He let us take our time deliberating in private in his office, supplied us with every history and detail we needed and did us fantastic price. Highly recommend this well established business.

David is a true gent of the old school, having bought a car from him, he will always go the extra distance to please you. He sells quality vehicles, and any after sales rectifications will be sorted out. I even locked the keys in the boot, and he showed up like batman out of the blue to help. Buy with confidence, drive the MG, and David is always there for advice.

Although I have never purchased a car from Church Square I have, during my time in the motor trade, encountered many of the vehicles they have sold and the customers who have bought them and can honestly say that the cars were of a high standard and the customers who bought them were delighted with the standard of service. Several friends and colleagues have recently bought vehicles and are delighted with the service provided, any problems that have arisen have always been dealt with very efficiently.

I was so pleased with Church Square Autos I had to review them on here. David's knowledge of MGF/TF is clearly huge which gave me confidence in the car I eventually bought. Had one small problem that David sorted out with no hassle. When the time comes to upgrade from my current MGF to TF I'll defiantly go back to Church Square Autos. Thanks David.

This place has extremly POOR customer service - on two occasions within 12 months my wife and I have experienced poor customer service. The first time (I was in the market for a new car) we walked around the cars in their forecourt for approx 30 mins before anyone acknowledged us, hereafter we were told, "we are too busy to help you" The second time approx 12 months later, ignoring my intial reservations - I decided to give them a second go.
On this occasion we did get served although, we felt pressured to purchase an over-priced MG TF in my opinion. When we declined the sale and returned with an MG TF privately sourced (with a third of the mileage and half the price) to have a few electricals looked at, they refused to even contemplate working on the car. They said "we only service our own cars, we are not open to the general public." DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP - to have this attitude even during a recession is disgusting!
