I recently purchased my second car from Honda, and was fortunate enough to have Lee Waddington as my salesman. Lee gave me a through interduction to the HR-V, was very patient, helpful in answering my many questions. He guided me through the whole process of trade in and purchase for which I was very grateful. Lee is an excellent salesman, patient, reassuring and inspires confidence throughout the purchase. I have found the service from Trident Honda staff at all times to be very efficient, always helpful and polite.

Recently, I trade in my old Jazz and bought a new Jazz crosstar. Thanks for Mike Emery effort. I got an decent trade in price and discount with my new car. On top of this, Mike answer my question effectively within 24 hours and explain function clearly in the test drive.

I have purchased a Honda Jazz from Trident Ottershaw, my 3rd Jazz and 6th Honda. Mike Emery took me through this process with an extremely high level of patience, knowledge and professionalism, which is not around very much these days. I have used this garage for many years and have almost run out of adjectives to describe the high standard of all departments, Service (particularly Alex), Sales (Mike Emery ''gold star service'), After Sales (Chris Monk is amazing), Workshop and Parts.
