Daniel and Ryan are a great asset to the company any little teething problems they get sorted out straight away they are upfront and honest with the prices. Buying my new Mazda CX-30 from T W White & Sons in Orpington was a real pleasure. All of the staff I spoke with and dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I'll certainly be taking my car back to them when its needs servicing and I thoroughly recommend them.

My car was purchased in 2017 and I always ensure any Service or MOT is carried out by their exceptional mechanics. Even if they are very busy (which they usually are) - Any member of the team is approachable and they will always offer advice or assistance in a friendly and efficient manner. I would not take my car any where else. I trust them 100%

Mazda have already asked for feed back, which has certainly been in T W Whites favour. I repeat myself in saying that as I think this is my fourth purchase from yourselves, this shows my satisfaction in the sales and service I receive, for me, it is very important. When I came in with a minor issue with my old car LV67 ZNG, I never dreamt that I would leave having purchased a new. Considering the delay in getting new cars, I was very lucky in not having to wait long for delivery and pleased with exchange offered for the old.

As in the past, Daniel dealt with my sale in a helpful and pleasant manner and has answered any queries I have had. I am getting to that stage in life when my next new wheels may have to be a motorised scooter, which unfortunately Mazda don't produce. I would like to think it will be awhile before that happens!

Excellent customer service from Richard. He is very helpful and makes the whole experience of getting my car serviced a pleasure. I am not local to Bookham but their branch is the one I prefer to go to due to their knowledge, expertise and great service.

I recently needed to change the hydraulic levers that hold up the boot of my Suzuki Vitara. I popped into my local dealer, TW White in Bookham. Ricky was very pleasant and efficiently found out the cost of the parts, ordered them and booked my car in on a Saturday morning to have them replaced. On the Saturday, I'd forgotten the appointment. I got a reminder call from Ricky, rushed down to the garage and parked up. Ricky told me the labour cost (reasonable) to fix the parts and made me a coffee.

After a short while he returned to tell me it had not taken as long as predicted and the labour cost was halved. How often does that happen? Ricky and the team were polite and engaging and made the whole experience a very pleasant. Thank you

Great service, we placed an order in September knowing that there would be a delay in the delivery due to the pandemic. The sales team, in particular Tom who was our contact was amazing at keeping us to date with how the delivery was progressing. We had our car delivery to us in March 2022. Tom made the trip down to deliver our car in person, which was great for us as it saved us a days journey as we live near Swansea. We would definitely recommend TW White & sons- Bookham as they provide a great deal and supported us through every step of purchase and delivery. Many Thanks Ian & Tracy.

I found this an excellent company to deal with. I was travelling to Surrey and knew they had a Mazda I was interested in. At an hours notice they agreed for me to visit and have a test drive. Christian was very helpful and obliging. Both he and his colleagues were keen to deal with my queries on subsequent phone calls and when I decided to purchase over the phone. Cosmetic problems were dealt with quickly before free delivery, which I thought was exceptional as I live in Northamptonshire! Very worthy of five stars. Cannot fault them.

All the staff are so friendly and remember your name. They never make you feel silly for asking questions about something you are unsure of. When I had to replace my car Christian talked me through the paperwork in a clear way and kindly let me have a loan car until my replacement car was ready to collect. I was collected from the local train station when needed and Christian took the time to show me how all the controls worked on the new car. I've been using T W White and Sons for over ten years and am very happy with them.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Within the first day of owning the vehicle I noticed a missing wheel nut, the panel above the rear registration plate was also missing. There was also damage to the rear break lights casing. My vehicle came with a year warranty and after discussion these issues where fixed. I have since contacted them within the years warranty period regarding the vehicle losing power whilst in 3rd gear and a warning light repeatedly illuminating.

Due to my warranty being close to its end they kept delaying arranging any repair work saying the issue had been escalated. I contacted the company several times and eventually Tom Birdsall replied to me confirming he had arranged for me to be contacted, however this never happened. I am now left outside my warranty period with unfixed issues in a car I rely on for work.

It appears that after the initial sales period this company goes silent on their clients. Google reviews shows this is an issue many customers have faced. Really wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company and disgusted by the lack of care and communication I've received.

Hands down this was the best new car purchase experience I have had. Both Christian and Jack were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The whole process was vary smooth from initial contact through to picking up my new car. There was no pressure, I got a great price for the car I was trading in and a good deal on the MX-30 I ended up purchasing. I would happily purchase from them again.

Great experience at TW white Bookham. Tom was friendly and very helpful from the start. Smooth sale of the car from first viewing to delivery to my home address. Always kept in contact. TW White & Sons Bookham was a very smooth service when purchasing my new Mazda MX5 from the first call to picking up the car. Tom was very friendly and at no point during the sale did I feel under pressure to buy anything. He kept me informed regularly of any updates and was very helpful despite having to buy the car online due to covid 19. On the day of collection I was greeted by Christian who had all the paper work ready for me meaning the car was in my possession in no longer than 20mins.

He showed me round the car and was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very calm and felt relaxed throughout the whole service. Overall the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Thank you!

A very professional and friendly team. They serviced and MOT'd my Suzuki with no issues and even vacuumed and washed it. They lent me a courtesy car which was brand new. A Mazda 3. (Photo below) I didn't want to take it back! I thoroughly recommend this place and will be using them again for the next service etc.
