AVOID! I would give it no stars if possible. Where to start the staff are absolutely discussing there manner and customer service is shocking I'm unsure how they have any good reviews. Misleading and genuinely offer you false information to get you roped in this is a true statement maybe unlike others so if your happy to be spoken down to given misleading information this is the company for you.

The staff member claiming to be the Md. Andy Dryden needs to be sacked, retrained or given time off clearly must be suffering from personal issues and taking them out on customers just loosing the company of a big sale horrific behaviour. I would advise not to take on there reply they are trying to cover there appalling customers service covering there tracks of shameful services the proof is in the customers service and I can assure other customers will experience the same low level of understanding from this company as I did I will make this a known fact over all social media platforms so no person experiences the aggressive intimidating service I have.

After a difficult start due to system issues relating to credit clearance I am over the moon with my vehicle. The vehicle turned up sooner than anticipated after the chip shortages which was an added bonus and Jay Leigh was very professional and courteous, keeping me updated every step of the way until the day my dream car arrived which was exactly as ordered. Ill certainly be using contract cars for future vehicles, thanks to all involved including Felicity Hood who put up with me at the start of the process she was also amazing.

My experience with contract cars has been amazing, it's my first experience of using a service like this and so I was initially a little apprehensive that it would be complicated but I did not find this to be the case at all, it was really simple and straight forward and Jay Leigh in particular was extremely helpful and prompt in his responses when I wanted any clarification or information and the interaction with Jay is what made this whole experience fuss free and actually enjoyable, I was kept updated at every stage.

I have my gorgeous car and I am so so happy! Thankyou to Jay for all of your help to make this a really nice experience, I look forward to a long relationship with contract cars. Unlike so many other services, contract cars and Jay made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, im a very very happy customer.

I recently took delivery of a new car from Contract Cars. The process was extremely efficient from start to finish. Faye Dunn was in regular contact with updates on delivery and with general information. Always replied promptly to any query. I would recommend to anyone interested in contact hire for a first class service.

Great service from the beginning James Glossop took my initial inquiry and was very helpful. Jo Watson though was my Key account manager and delivered outstanding customer service. Well I'm amazed. Never though it could be that easy to get the a car. Jay Leigh was amazing explaining all the process, and always ready to answer any questions raised by me. Got my car dropped at my door step. And my next car will be the same way.

I would highly recommend Contract cars, very helpful from start to finish. I have never leased a car before and I was advised well, and not over sold with anything. Had my Audi Coupe delivered this week and although 2 months behind schedule (Microchip issues etc) Jo Watson at Contract cars has been absolutely amazing, keeping in touch at every part of the process. I just received the second car I have leased via contract cars. First was a S class 350d mercedes in 2019, and last week I got an Electric Nissan Leaf. I dealt with Sam Thompson and Jay who sourced my an absolutely fantastic deal on both cars. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great communication and smooth easy ordering process. Also key point for me NO hard sell, and really good advice on which car to go for, particular when in came to choosing an electric car.
