This company will promise the earth until they get your deposit, and then the truth comes out. We paid a large deposit to secure a car which we were to pick up the following week. The promises given were, two new back tyres, the chips and scratches to be sorted in the body shop, and the interior to be valeted. We were then told that as the car had pirelli's which were too expensive they would only put cheaper tires on, the body shop treatment apparently consists of walking round the car with a felt tip pen and the valet must of happened naturally when the car door was opened it was dirty.
At one stage when we decided to get our money back we were told the salesman couldn't authorise refunds they can however take the cash fast enough. After the sale we found the second key to be broken but at J160 they don't want to know. I can honestly say it was the worst car buying saga I have ever had. There are many car dealers about take good advice and use one of them.
