Best garage I've dealt with. I've had two cars from them, and had a couple of issues with the first but they did their level best to help, and my second one is everything I could ever want in a car. Friendly, lovely, professional staff who can't do enough for you, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Won't get a car from anywhere else as long as I'm a driver, and have converted my parents to them too : 10/10, couldn't recommend more.

It was an easy and friendly booking experience. Timely handover on service day. Taken out to new courtesy car. Sent a video of the current state of my car. The car was ready for collection sooner than I thought it would be. Easy pick up. Had a chance to look at the new Ioniq 5 and chat to the salesperson. Really informative.

Given the current pandemic, J Edgar & Sons made sure anything that could be done by email was done with speed and efficiently. The visit to the showroom to handover paperwork was very covid safe and compliant. Attention to detail is spectacular. The team are courteous, kind, respectful and all round good guys/gals.
