After booking in my vehicle for the advertised ‘all makes and models’ mot and of £35 and £89 respectively i picked up my car (which passed its MOT) to be found to have been charged over double the advertised price without my knowledge or consent. When a complaint was raised i was told i was wrong to assume the advertised rate is what i would recieve and the company stood by their member of staff who claims she told me verbally over the phone that this would be case. No such effort was made and no proof could be provided by the company (as this is not what was asked for - i had no knowledge of any other price or agreement). The advertisement doesn’t say ‘from’ 35 and 89 - it simply states all makes and models 35 and 89 respectively. I am disgusted and have now made reports to trading standards, action fraud and my bank after the company has chosen not to reimburse the wrongfully taken funds and has offered me no apology - even going so far as to ignore my further correspondance. I believe this is a scam and had i been elderly or vulnerable in any way i could have been led to believe that i’d forgotten that an alternative price and service was agreed however, i’m not and i haven’t so i can’t stand by and let it happen to others.

Simon and his team go above and beyond for you to get you the best deal the service plan is great and a good deal. I won't be going anywhere else in the future no pressure no fuss just excellent customer service from start to finish thank you.

I received excellent professional service. I scheduled my car for a differential seal replacement while I was working in the area. They completed the job within the agreed timeframe. Highly recommended!

This morning I took my daughters Astra in to Thurlby Motors Louth for repairs .
Graham helped me out as usual being my contact there since we moved to Louth 8 years ago. The work & professional friendly service over the years is second to none, work on my car & my 2 daughters cars MOT /service / repairs have been carried out to a very high standard. Mechanics / Sales in fact all who work there that I have been in contact with have been very Polite & informative . Special Mention of Graham who with his team do an excellent job.

Had my car serviced after a good few years of neglect. Did a great job, drives so much better and hopefully will be more fuel efficient. Great job, thank you.

Firstly I was promised several problems to be sorted when I purchased the SUV that were never sorted after several visits. The mileage was advertised wrongly so gave the first 2 MOT and service free but was charged for MOT and had several phone calls for a refund. After the last service I had to pay to have the brake pads sorted that hadn't been fitted correctly. Terrible experience

I purchased some alloy wheels which were meant to be 'brand new'. They arrived damaged with chips and various scuffs. Dealing with Simon wasn't pleasant at all once there was a problem. I sent pictures of the damage in which I was told it was the couriers fault (no chance as they were packaged to well, they would have been like this at the dealership) and I would have to wait and be informed once a claim had been made to the courier service.

As this was an eBay purchase I was protected and could receive my money back if I wished, however I gave an option of a partial refund for me to have the wheels refurbished. I supplied quotes for this only to be told various times that it was too expensive and unreasonable and he was only willing to pay me 50 per wheel. There were 2 damaged wheels and I had various quotes all around the 90 per wheel mark.

I was accused of lying about this prior to sending my quotes. Eventually I reluctantly settled for 75 per wheel so I will now be our of pocket for receiving damaged goods that was not my fault at all. I had to get eBay to step in to be paid this money as well as I had various messaged ignored. Very negative experience.

Excellent service and support over the years I have been using them. Always helpful and look after the customer and their car. Always reasonably priced and offering excellent service. 2 MOTs completed this week left it late to book them in as usual but they managed to accommodate both cars and thankfully both passed and they even got a wash.
