Been buying cars from Seacroft for the past 8 years. Collected my fifth today and my partner has had three (I think). Never any hassle dealing with Steven (Liam is not bad either) A totally relaxing and stress free purchase every time. Only ever had one issue with a car purchased and it was sorted quickly. Can't recommended Seacroft enough. Partner is now looking for his next car.hopefully someone will remember to get the biscuits in this time.

Just popped in for a look at the "FANTASTIC" selection of cars all makes & models, came away with a "FANTASTIC" RED ADVANTAGE FOCUS with all the bits and pieces. Returned the following day for a deal on a rare low mileage Ecosport. Steve was most helpful and his co salesman Richard was equally obliging setting up the radio for a non I T pensioner. Horrific experience. I found customer service non existent, I felt they were disrespectful, didn't uphold promises, were unable to follow policy's and procedures sufficiently and made to feel like a liar. Never never again. I don't feel that sickness had anything to do with it at all. I would not waste anymore time talking to you, especially since we have had the car nearly a week and only been able to drive it for 3 days due to your insufficient procedures.

I would recommend Seacroft Ford to friends and family because from finding the vehicle on their website, taking a test drive and collection of the vehicle the process was friendly and professional. The sales executive Richard Smith was knowledgeable and helpful throughout and so would have no hesitation is buying from them again or recommending them to others.
