So pleased that I decided to buy my new used car from Jubilee Automotive Group. Their website was informative so I could choose the car that I wanted, and having agreed a fair trade-in price for my own car, the process was seamless. My new car was brought up a week later, having been professionally valeted, serviced and MOT'd. We went for a test drive, sorted the paperwork and then Ron took my old car away. I shall definitely use JAG again - thank you!

We visited Jubilee Mobility on the 5 April 2022, on arriving at Reception we were met by Darren who was extremely pleasant to talk to and he soon made us feel at ease. Darren had a chat with us to help us find a vehicle that suited our needs and then offered to take us around the showroom to look at the vehicles and I was able to test my wheelchair for suitability in each one.

We were then left to look at the vehicles in our own time with no pressure. Darren's knowledge and expertise proved invaluable in helping to purchase the correct vehicle for us as this is our first time in buying a wheelchair accessible vehicle. All the processes of purchasing our vehicle was handled by Darren at Jubilee Mobility and we had regular updates by phone as the sale progressed and this morning we took delivery of our vehicle after only one week!.

The vehicle was brought to our house from the showroom. A big thanks to Darren for making the process of buying our vehicle so easy, we would definately recommend Jubilee Mobility to anyone wishing to purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

What an absolutely superb Company are Jubilee Mind you, with Sales Representative's like Darren Morgan, no wonder My Son, Rob Burrow, is a retired Rugby League International player and was diagnosed with MND in December 2019. Rob cannot speak, move or do normal day to day things for himself. The wonderful vehicle provided by Jubilee, and the very kind Business Person, from Leeds, who paid for the Vehicle, have made Rob and his family day to day life SO much easier. BUT Darren Morgan, in my opinion, went beyond normal expectations to provide us with 200 per cent Customer Satisfaction. Darren is a credit to himself and Jubilee. David in sales did a superb job obtaining the right vehicle for my disabled mother. He was unbiased and gave helpful advice going the extra mile to find a car which accommodated a wider than average wheelchair ( electric ), listening to customer's aims. It helps that he is the person who came with the car to demonstrate use and fit. Highly recommend.

I've bought 3 vehicles from Dave at Jubilee over the past 9 years, All of which were superbly converted by the team. The attention to detail is second to none when it comes to choosing the right vehicle for your needs and Dave is a true expert in this area, he knows the conversion details and specs inside and out. On a final note, I recently had to get an engineers report for our latest vehicle when it arrived in Ireland, the engineer/tester asked me who had done the conversion, when I said Jubilee, he said "that's great, I've tested numerous vehicles from Jubilee and have never found any issues with any of them". Recently bought a car that I've been after for a good few years now, I was holding out for the right condition. After a quick chat with Jim he reassured me the car was in immaculate condition and boy was he right. No nonsense or lies from this dealer, they give you straight quick answers and deal with you in such a professional manner. What a fabulous experience buying a car from Jubilee. Initially they helped us over the phone with which cars were available and appropriate for our needs and then brought it out for us to try with no obligation to purchase. The website is very clear and you can compare all the different models before you decide. I have recently got back from visiting them in Wednesbury as they kindly fitted new wheelchair restraints as part of the deal. Dave could see we struggled with the existing ones on my husbands power chair and agreed to replace them so it was perfect for us. I can't recommend this superb company highly enough. Excellent. This company is the best wheelchair car dealership in the UK by far. Their premises are most impressive and they have a really large selection of different types of cars for disabled people. What's more they treat their customers with proper consideration and where very helpful and kind when dealing with people like us who need genuine advice on which vehicle to select.

We found their staff to be very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We would heartily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used wheelchair car. Their location just off the Midlands motorway links was very easy to find and they had all of the facilities we required including no less than 3 disabled toilets. Their vehicle workshops were very impressive as were their engineering staff who assisted us by modifying our vehicle to suit our essential requirements.
