I've got an ECU problem on my van, spoke to service and they asked if I had it diagnosed elsewhere I said yes, they said we would have to diagnose ourselves for 120. I said ok. Then I said I had a cloned ECU plugged it to see if the engine light had gone and it hadn't so I put the original back in. The van was exactly the same as it came out the factory.
I was told by service that they wouldn't look at it because 'it was something they wouldn't look at' I asked why and said there's nothing been changed to the van at all I just plugged in another ECU and then put the original back in. They repeated it's something they wouldn't look at! Peugeot dealership saying they wouldn't help with a completely standard factory van with an engine light on.
Will never use them again! It's obvious that they didn't want to attempt to fix because it sounded complicated. Fancy a dealership telling you they won't look at one of there own vehicles.

We have been unfortunate enough to have this as our local Peugeot (subsidiary) Dealer. For the last 3 years the service we have recieved has been a shambles. The sheer amount of days we have lost dropping our car off to then find no work to be completed is really frustrating, especially when you have to take days off, arrange childcare and do the school run.
Very disorganized and unprofessional outfit who tell lies to suit their agenda. Today after I mentioned that I will be making a formal complaint, I was told by a lady who works on the front desk that Peugeot doesnt have a head office even though I have recruited for them for the last 15 years and visited many times. Why lie? It is for this reason that Peugeot will never get our custom again.

I bought my first car here in December 2018, it was a quick, seamless process. It's now coming up to the end of the finance agreement and I got an informative and friendly phone call, from none other than Nigel, the man who sold me the car. He's clearly great at his Job and I've had a wonderful experience, I will be buying another car in the. future, as a 108 is a bit small for me, but after just buying a house on my own for 160 000 (mortgage obviously) he understood for now, it's not the right time and gave me options so I a ready come December when the agreement ends Thank you Nigel! Had some work done on my car today ( Friday, 23rd July). I would like to thank the folk in the Service Department. I was made to feel very welcome by some very nice people, especially Louise, and Jenny on the service desk. Also the mechanics, who kept me informed of the work in progress and gave my car a thorough inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone

I had been recently searching for a new car for some time and a friend found the one i liked and it was based at Regal Motors. It had been some time since i had bought a car from a dealership and was anxious about it but my fears were unfounded. The process from test drive to purchase of my vehicle was pleasant, relaxing and hassle free. Nigel was super helpful and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a great experience bying a new car from Ian Johnson at Regal Motors. Very easy to deal with and was given plenty of information Ian sat in the Car with us and went through everything we needed to know, 5***** service thats why we returned to buy new. I love my Peugeot 108 that I bought a couple of days ago and I thought that the bouquet of flowers was a lovely surprise, the customer service is excellent, couldn't fault anything a real friendly bunch of people. I would like to thank all staff and service manger for sorting out my Peugeot 308 sw. Car was collected for starting problems. My battery was replaced and stop and go fixed. No pressure, relaxed dealership that I'd recommend to anyone. Our salesman Gary was one of the nicest people I've met, knowledgeable and did his best to make sure we got a good deal and left the dealership happy. My wife was even given a bunch of flowers as a thank you for purchasing a car from them. Will definitely go back to them for my next car.

Absolutely superb experience at Regal. Gary was knowledgeable, professional and really helpful throughout the whole process. Right from the moment we entered the showroom we were made to feel welcome by Jan. Communication was excellent throughout the buying process with regular phone calls, texts and emails. I had an amazing experience at Regal Motors. Really friendly staff who gave nothing but amazing service. However, a special mention of appreciation to Stuart, who helped me buy my first car and easily broke down everything I needed to know for me to understand simply.
