We had a text from the untrustworthy group reading. "Your vehicle is pending some maintenance work. Please call or book in online." So the car was then booked in. Turns out that this was just a marketing ploy and there was not something that had to be done at all. So we wasted 3 hours travelling and the cost of a hire car. To my mind this was all just a scam. I will never deal with untrustworthy group again to the point it has point me off owning a VW.

Absolutely brilliant service, purchased a car from them no pressure at all fabulous customer service, I've never felt so comfortable walking into a place and never being hunted by salespeople trying to sell sell sell, Emma the sales executive was more than helpful we felt at ease also the manager mark never pressured us into anything Thank you guys would definitely recommend 100%

Be very careful in dealing with this organisation. They hide behind terms and conditions which they do not make you aware of, unless asked and their approach to customer serivce is beyond appalling in my experience. Had the misfortune of dealing with their sales team who treated me with utter contempt. Needless to say, I am not buying a car from them.

By getting showing a bit more respect to their customers and not insulting their intelligence.

All I can do is give you advise, the Stourbridge branch are not to be trusted. Mainly the service department, basically over charging (Wolverhampton branch quoted less) and under delivering with customer service. I've had problems with this branch before with my wife's car, BUT I gave them a second change. I suggest the Dealer Principal actual takes note and perhaps, gets some tips and training for his staff from the Wolverhampton branch.

Brought a 4 year old VW Polo two weeks ago and we are really pleased. The service from Ashley Hodgkins was excellent, from arranging a test drive to purchasing the car. Loved the little video messages and follow up call to check we were happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend

Today finished a 5 year service plan and discovered they charged 1.20 per direct debit that equated to over 6% of what I paid. The invoices they gave me for serving and mots did not include VAT in the 'total cost owing' so the balance repayment I was expecting did not turn up. Had I realised the true charge I would have cancelled the plan. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do business with this Group! The review will not let me post with no stars hence the 1 star rating.

One word ATROCIOUS! I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a VW. A relative of ours worked with the Trust Group and I was shocked to hear some of the stories.

I went to buy a car, but was unsure exactly which car or which model. The salesman listened to what I wanted and needed, worked through all the options and the worked through the finance options with the same date and attention. He never gave the impression I was wasting his time or being awkward. I am happy to recommend them.

I notice on this FB page some advert about ' breathing easier' and how they will get air conditoning working efficiently so you can keep fresh and alert while driving - given that they left an opened can of airconditioning fluid under your passenger seat which gave off unbearable toxic fumes whilst you were trying to drive home and that stayed in. the car for ages even after it had been removed and actually made me feel sick, I should think you should comment under one of these adverts on the FB page - it wouldnt be so bad if they had apologised and done something rather than just ignore a couple who have taken two VW cars there regularly for 6 years - awful service and even worse at dealing with problems, well they dont deal with them they ignore them, shabby.
