Our story starts some 90 years ago, with one man, a big idea and a love for cars. It was 1931 when Bill Brindley first began his enterprise, then called Birches Bridge Garage, selling Morris cars from a wooden shed in Codsall. It was a time when the world suffered from the Great Depression and many small businesses would fail.

I purchased a car from a distance and the team at Brindley Cannock could not have been more helpful. Both Mark and Mike were on hand to answer questions and provide as much information and really made the process easy. The delivery of the vehicle was straight forward and Chris, who delivered the car, was also great to deal with. It was easy to still PX my car aswell. Couldn't recommend enough. Loving my new car and thank you team for all your help.

Minimum one star is the least can be supplied and one star in excess of what the company actualy warrants receiving. staff member abusive and swearing at members of the public as they walk by, reception staff refusing to take complaints from mebers of the public when informed of two incidents taking place due to their staff members in respect of members of the public being verbaly abused by staff when passing by and put the phone down due to not being willing to even speak with the public concerning abusive members of staff. cant rate this company any lower than one star and grieves to be able to have to use a single star as they actualy desearve minus stars for public relations and service. appalling behaviour and atrocious service from customer service/reception.

The service that I had from Brindley Nissan was truly shocking. I purchased a van, only for the van to break down after 1 week. They was then extremely unhelpful in getting the van fixed, and left me with no other option to return the van to them and get a refund. They were even more unhelpful with the whole refund process. I would highly recommend you take your money elsewhere and not give it to this company.

Am thoroughly disgusted at the treatment myself and husband have been given at your Volvo Dealership. Your sales guy wasn't transparent and honest (lied) in order to secure a deal and take our deposit from us. Heard nothing for ages then when I contacted again due to prices coming down elsewhere in the market and we wanted to see what you could do.
I found out he no longer worked there (found out he was sacked since). Spoke to another colleague who when I asked said he could get it to a cheaper price for us and when I questioned is it the same as what we had agreed (service plan and extras) was told and I quote "Yes it is". I then heard nothing for nearly a month despite leaving multiple.

Dreadful service as soon as my wife bought her hyundai tucson the dealership couldn't care less. Couldn't be bothered to update her sat nav and when her car was serviced which was well over 300 pounds did very little and actually made it worse and left paint on the dashboard and then denied it when I challenged them.

The worst dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The service staff treat you like an inconvenience at best and something they've trodden in at worst. The service staff have lied to my face and fobbed me off. They also don't do what you ask. I can also only assume the person who did the pre delivery inspection had vision loss. I've made a formal complaint to Hyundai UK and cancelled my car.

Just travelled 45mins to the Cannock Vauxhall garage as there are two cars I wanted to look at and test drive only to be told by a clueless salesman that it would be difficult today as their are not many staff on and if we wanted to test drive we'd have to say we wanted the car! Awful customer service, just lost a sale on a 16,000 car you have!

My wife booked a test drive 5 days in advance. On arrival the car had not been prepped and the inside was filthy and had the previous owners CDs scattered over the floor. We were offered an alternative vehicle, however after fitting my daughters child seat and waiting about half an hour we were told the car had been just been sold and we were told. to get out of the car!
A complete waste of a Saturday morning. I understand that Brindley are generally a good company but I would urge you to avoid the Arthur Daley type used car sales service that Brindley Nissan in Cannock offer. There are plenty of alternative garages just down the A5!
