Our car was sat on our drive for 2 yrs, we were worried we would have to remortgage our house to pay for everything. But the guys at Keith Motors were amazing! Absolutely horrendous experience. Purchased a Mercedes A class. Was told the vehicle was in showroom condition, not marks, dents and all the alloys were going to be refurbed. Drove 2+ hours to collect the car and when we arrived the car had damage, all the alloys had acid damage and not repaired, the sat Nav was stuck in German. After being told they will sort this if we took the car and got quotes they then backed out and advised they weren't prepared to fix any of the issue as it was not cost effective for them even though this was all agreed with the manager. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The the manager of the service department (mechanics) failed to identity I simple fault on my car! I was told two technicians and the manager checked the window and said it was ok. I arrive and find the window is still not working correctly and am told its my fault as I didn't exain the fault correctly? Very rude that then causes a confrontation. attempts going up and

Had nothing but fantastic service from Sam L, I've had many cars from all kinds of dealerships all over the country and i have to say it has been one of the best, Sam's commitment to his customers is first class.

I recently purchased a Ford Nugget L2 camper van from the Christchurch garage. I dealt with Sam Lawton. I must say that I was 100% impressed with how Sam looked after our purchase and kept us informed of the build progress of our Van. We had to wait a year fro delivery due to the fallout from Covid 19, but Sam kept us engaged and up to date with any changes to the process.

Once started, in actual fact the build was really quick from production in Turkey, through to conversion in Germany and then delivery to the dealer. Sam provided video walk round of the van once arrived, sorted out all the finance and executed a faultless handover of the van yesterday. We are still waiting for a few important accessories to arrive from Westfalia, but I am confident that Sam and the rest of the team at Keith Motors, will ensure that this process goes without a hitch. Overall very impressed and would recommend the company for all things Ford.

Dealing with Jon was an absolute pleasure the whole way through. Got a great price for my new 2019 Civic, including a detailing, new MOT and full service. The low APR also made the finance much more attractive. Jon himself was very quick to reply to all my questions (as annoying as they were!) he sent through a detailed video an hour after my enquiry, and even sent me a ten minute long video of the car just before I received it, so that I knew exactly how to work everything.

Not to mention, he also replied to my enquiries on his days off! Service like this is extremely rare, and as much as I really liked the car, it was the customer service that got these guys the sale. 100% would recommend, cheers Jon!
