I've purchased numerous cars from the Citroen branch in Bolton over the last 10yrs, most recently we took the plunge into the world of Electric with the New eC4 & WE LOVE IT! What a fantastic car! We've always had great service at Bolton, knowledgeable staff & sound advice given at each stage, without being pushy. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Recently had my van in to Citroen Bolton for a safety recall and Sophie was amazing. From booking my van in to sorting me out with a courtesy car and keeping me well informed as to what was happening. Both Sophie and Zoe made the whole thing effortless for me and the guys even gave my van a thorough check over and then washed it when they had finished. Excellent service from all departments. Thanks very much.

We bought a C3 in March last year, the sales process seemed to go well and I enjoyed dealing with the salesman at the time. However, we are changing the car and have discovered the advice we were given around finance has left us about 1500 out of pocket. I contacted the Dealer Principal about it and all I've had from him are copies of self preservation papertrails, which is fine, but they don't cover the advice we were given.
His responses to me have been quite dismissive even though I have tried to present a reasonable resolution to the issue. If you are offered a choice of interest free finance or a lower price with interest bearing finance take the interest bearing. If you want to settle early it will cost you less. Better still, buy elsewhere.

Took my car for its usual service. Normally the service is top quality. I especially liked the service video with the mechanic demonstrating how much tyre tread you have left and giving you a tour of the underneath of the car. I know many of my friends have taken their car there just on the strength of this video. This year's service was a shambles for the following reasons: 1.
They didn't stamp the logbook. 2. They didn't clear the service light on the dash. 4. They didn't return my locking nut. 5. They charge me for four new brake disc but two are rusty leading me to believe only two were replaced. 6. They didn't do a service video. 7. They never apologised for any of the above. I will be look elsewhere for the next service.
