Arrived and made welcome and directed to seating area as I had to wait for my vehicle whilst it was being dealt with. Reception area spotless, staff cheery and helpful. If only I lived nearer I would definitely give them my custom. Additional comments: My vehicle displayed tyre pressure warning after all tyres changed on 4th August 2021. Checked tyre pressures but this did not correct problem. Went back to Kwik-Fit, Dyce to have tyres checked.
Again to no avail. Contacted Regency regarding this as vehicle under warranty as I thought the fault lay with the onboard computer. Had a lengthy conversation with Graham. Decision to take vehicle back to Kwik-Fit. On checking the tyres again it was found that a tyre had a faulty valve. Valve changed. No problems at present. This goes back to the service from Regency which was to me outstanding. Received follow up phone call from Awlwyn. This is what I call customer service. Thank you.

Just had my car MOTd here and I can't praise them enough, they went over and above to help me when my car failed its MOT. I had appointments on that day I couldn't miss and wasn't expecting a failure. So had no back up plan, but they gave me a car so I could attend my appointment and made sure my car was ready on my return even though they were very busy. Excellent service from the machanics.

Booked car in for MOT. MOT failed which was expected, but was quoted minimum 360 for work (this including further diagnostics but not subsequent repairs): 260 for two disc and pad replacements, 99 for diagnostic test to find further damage (or money making repairs). Phoned two other reputable garages in Elgin who quoted 170- 190 for same work! Picked my car up and was hit with 54.85 MOT fee- which is the UK maximum- probably because I took my business elsewhere. Won't be back, first experience and last.

Best garage experience ever! We are on holiday here.and had the misfortune to hit a baby deer and damage our car. Mackays were the earliest in Dingwall to open at 8am and by 8.10 I had arranged a convenient time to myself to take the car for them to fix the bumper back on and check the air conditioning unit which could have been broken. All four of the staff that I had contact with were very personable and helpful. Phil arranged the repair to be done at an exceptionally reasonable price and I am very grateful to them all.
The car feels very sturdy and they fixed the three pieces that were completely hanging off back on again so you can hardly see it is damaged despite the fact it is old and the insurance company will probably write it off. Highly recommend this garage. Thanks again!

Staff very polite and helpful. They did what they could to provide an efficient and effective service whilst staying within the present lock down rules, no easy task. Hats off to them. This was not my first visit, I have found that the staff are like this each time I seem to visit, which compared to some other garages I have obtained cars from over the years, is very refreshing. So, even though it is unusual for me, I have given 5 stars.

I called to arrange to get taken to elgin for my first covid jab and spoke to a very helpful person called Jordan. she was very friendly and super efficient. my ride came bang on time. I got a driver called Maggie who was absolutely amazing. I live alone and am disabled so dont see people. it was like making a new best friend.she put me at my ease and listened and chatted away. 10 out of 10 for this wonderful service and thankyou very much to mr Charles milne for being so kind and generous.

Such a wonderful company. They recently arranged a driver to take me to and from my vaccination appointment. In their reply to my email enquiry they said they would exceed my expectations and they have. I'm so very grateful for their generosity of spirit during them difficult times. Thank you so much.

I really liked the sales gentlemen - did everything on the phone due to work and site ent climate so only had to collect the car. Everything grand and zero issues but aftercare and customer care has be shocking. I cannot get a reply to emails. 6 weeks and many calls, emails - still no logbook and all I get is it is DVLA but my sister bought a car. after me and her plate and log book has been done and sorted for weeks now.
I was told a couple of mistruths about the missing spare key and logbook information and when phoning to ask about logbook I was told managers would phone me back but they didn't then when I called them back they were on annual leave so another would call me then it was he was on lunch and then he took annual leave after lunch - just was unorganised and frustrating.
Since this I have emailed about my logbook several times and left one message with reception and I've had no response. Never left a poor review but I am really upset by the lack of aftersales care and the quality of engagement after the car was paid for and collected job was done go away attitude.

Nothing wrong with the place, just that I wasn't expecting the bill I got after having checked the price of a service over the phone before booking it in at the same time as getting recall work done. I'll not be going back as I can get any work done on my motor far cheaper at a garage more local to me. I feel like I was misinformed over the phone at the point of enquiry.

Recently had my vehicle repaired at Mackays of Dingwall. absolutely delighted with the service I received from both the reception staff. My vehicle was returned with all repairs completed and fully valeted. They even did a recall for me when my vehicle was in. Couldn't be more helpful! Special thanks to Heather who kept me updated whilst my car was in.
