Just bought a car from there and the service is outstanding. No pressure, just help when you need it. Of particular note is Gentleman John in Sales who was absolutley brilliant. Of course, they're all very good though. We'll certainly be back next time we need a car!

These are seriously good people. The after sales service is exemplary and the workshop charges very reasonable indeed. Efficient, helpful and superbly overseen by the wonderful Lorraine.

So.bought a used car from here a few weeks ago, Chris who actually sold me the car was fantastic and couldn't do enough for me. John who handed the car over was also great and dealt with all the paperwork for the new car and also all the paperwork for my traded in car including taxing my new car. I had the car for a week and heard a whining coming from the rear of the car(something they wouldn't have known about) which i diagnosed as a differential on the way out and my heart sank, assuming i would now have a battle on my hands to get the garage to rectify it.

How wrong i was, when i took it back the lovely Lorraine (receptionist)took the car back immediately and gave me a courtesy car for the week while they sourced new parts and also replaced the rear tyres as a precaution. Picked it up today fully repaired and valeted. Can't recommend them all highly enough. Great team. Thanks for a stress free purchase and repair xxx

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wheatley Car Centre for all of their help! My car sadly broke however Wheatley Car was fantastic in helping and supporting with my options! Jon in the sales team assisted me with the purchase of a new vehicle and i could not of asked for a better service, he really knows his stuff and is honest with you. Having used this garage today due to my car breaking down I can't praise them enough for their care and professionalism. Lorraine was friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff that I spoke to. I would highly recommend them.

Chris is absolutely fantastic and have been a pleasure to speak with. Although the car wasn't right at this time, he was more than understanding and refunded our deposit straight away. Definitely recommend and will consider using for the future :

Hands down the best car centre I have ever been to. Always so welcoming and accommodating and they go way above and beyond with their service. As a young female people can be patronising when it comes to car knowledge but that is never the case here. They look after you as well as your car. Highly recommend!

Having used Wheatley Car Centre for many years for our mots and servicing and receiving such lovely service from Lorraine, when it came time to look for a new car we decided to check out Wheatley Car Centre and we were not disappointed! Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He was very reassuring(explaining how it would work with corona-virus protocols in place), very friendly and not remotely pushy.

He gave us plenty of time and space to look round the car prior to buying it and our car was ready for collection earlier than expected. It was ready for us in beautiful condition and we love it but was i was even more impressed with was the fact that after owning the car for a few days Jon contacted us just to make sure we were happy and everything was ok. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from here again in the future, especially from Jon.

Buying my current second hand car from Wheatley Car Centre was a very stress free experience. My purchase was overseen by Jon who dealt with everything in a very courteous and professional manner. Despite the added complication of dealing with a business located 150 miles away from my home I did not experience any doubts regarding the sincerity of the sales process. I would recommend this dealership and am happy to award five well deserved stars in this review.

Its my 2nd time i purchased my car here. CHRIS was very helpful and kept me informed. They never presure the customer. From getting the quotes to collecting the car was very easy. Highly recommended.

I'm highly impressed with the service provided to me by Chris during the purchase of my new car (seat leon). He walked me through the process clearly and carefuly, explaining everything I needed to know. As a first time buyer this was incredibly helpful. The car itself was in excellent condition having been valeted and serviced prior to collection and was handed over with 1/2 a tank of fuel. The only suggestion I would give is to learn a little more about the cars as some features were unclear.

On 29/09 I shortlisted 3 cars at Wheatley Car C. intending to purchase1 after test driving. I was asked to return to t.drive on Sunday. I phoned the office next morning to arrange this and was totally surprised and disgusted at the rude, derogatory & patronising attitude of salesperson Mr. Gunning who wasnt even supposed to be dealing with me. He informed me he knew I was the lady who came and looked at lots of cars yesterday and he wasn't going to do a t.drive on a Sunday - health and safety apparently - however his colleaugue was on a t. drive at the time!

He told me in a forceful and offhand manner that if I wanted to buy a car I should pay a deposit first and then test drive. I asked for the name of his manager 4 times, he kept saying he couldn't hear me. When I went to the office to take this up with him he accused me of swearing at him on the phone, clearly lying in an effort to justify his plain bad manners. As yet not even an apology for this awful treatment. He lets W.C.C down.

I thoroughly recommend Wheatley Car Centre. No pushy sales technique, friendly, knowledgeable and polite salesmen and outstanding service. The car purchased is excellent - I cannot praise them enough.

I had used the garage a number of times loyally as my uncle recommended them. I went to them to change my clutch, they charged me 500. I rang around for quotes and checked the internet. The standard rate for my car is 300. When I challenged they said the part is 90, vat 80 and said that their labour was 200 more expensive than other garages. Not an honest garage.
