Great experience dealing with Peter Stirland and their five star salesman, Steve! Delivery of my new Puma was somewhat prolonged, owing to the semi-conductor shortage but Steve was brilliant, answering my stupid questions and responding to various spec changes with fortitude, and good humour. I recommend this company without reservation : I'll be back.

Would recommend to anyone. Purchased a Kuga from Steve at the height of the micro-chip shortage issue. He was incredibly helpful, informative, professional and held up to his commitments. The car was delivered to me in the time we spoke about with no issues at all (3 months from ordering due to the shortage).

Have just ordered a electric Mustang after visiting Peter Stirland for a test drive. We were greeted by David from the sales team and can honestly say he was fantastic, his knowledge of this new car was great the only thing he did not know about the depth of water the car can safely wade through, he got in touch with ford and came back with an answer straight away. Definitely five star service from the sales team.

Nothing like other car salepeople I've encountered previously where I've been overloaded with jargon and paperwork. Steve was kind and not pushy at all. Not only did he offer the best deal, he also understood what I needed from a car and made it possible and within the timeframe I needed. All five stars are well deserved. The dealer (Steve Brautigan) went to very great lengths to find the car we wanted, remaining sensitive to our modest budget throughout (no unwelcome sales pressure) and did so in the face of a world silicon shortage that has halted Ford's production line. He truly pulled a rabbit out of the hat for us. We bought the car at an excellent price and with no fuss. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation, as they clearly do their best for the customer.

Great service from Steve. Was like dealing with a friend. No sales pitch was open and honest. Had loads of new ford cars but steve has been the best person i have dealt with.
