The Wheeler Garage Company Limited was founded in May 1964 by my Father, Duncan Wheeler. Duncan's family had been selling bicycles and cars in Newbury, Berkshire, since 1902, originally in the Broadway (near the Clock Tower) before moving to larger premises in the London Road, a site they occupied for over thirty years. Duncan's first premises were in the small market town of Wantage just north of Newbury, a safe distance from the other business interests of his family.

I have been using this Alfa Specialist for many years, Ramesh owned the London Alfa Specialist/Dealer Alfarama until 2012 where it was sold on, Since then I struggled to find someone with his expertise until I found he has not fully retired and had opened Super Engineering a few years ago for classic Alfas. My cars are now running super smooth again!

Took an R32 to be looked over at this garage after purchasing it, they couldn't have been more professional & knowledgeable, they quickly discovered a few things wrong with the car & solved the issue in one day. I then purchased an 320i BMW they looked the car over and once again they found injector issues! Which is not an easy job. They worked quickly and efficiently with my warranty AA to solve the issue and have my car back to me running smoother than ever within a few days! Great Service!

Their knowledge of auto engineering is second to none. Diagnosed and fixed a tricky problem in my son's Mini's camshaft sensors, as well as a few other issues. It runs beautifully now, the best that it ever has since we bought it (and that's for a nine year old car!). It's always great to see the Alfa Romeo and other exotica when we visit too.

I've been to Super Engineering a number of times, firstly for a coolant leak on my BMW, then for service & MOT and again for some body work. Every single time I have been to them their work has been nothing but exceptional. They are true car experts that provide you with non-conflicted & clear advice on the work that needs to be done, they ask for your approval to carry out any work and then keep you updated throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
