I have just sold my VW shuttle to Anchor Vans & am very impressed by their service & professionalism. Especially Sebastion who was very polite & professional & was prepared to collect my van very early (8am at my house) after a 2hour drive. Also Greg, who dealt with all the negotiations and could not have been more helpful with his pleasant & professional attitude. I would wholly recommend anyone to go to Anchor Vans to buy or sell your vehicle.

Do you have alot of spare time? Do you have alot of spare time? Do you have alot of cash? interested in building vans from scratch? then anchor van is the place for you! Starter pack 10.000 you will need at least a further 10.000 to complete the project. If you don't have extra cash don't B bother and buy a brand new one elsewhere save yourself time and headache

My husband bought a Ford Transit Connect from Anchor vans and the service we received was outstanding from start to finish. When we arrived we was greeted with a friendly smile from a gentleman called Peter. He was very helpful and had great knowledge of the van we was interested in, nothing was too much trouble. We went in to purchase the van and saw Steve, he helped work out the best financial deal for us. Yesterday the van was delivered to us by Tony, very friendly man who made sure we was happy with everything. I would certainly recommend Anchor Vans.

I recently bought a Citroen Relay with the 3 months warranty as standard, within a few thousand miles the brakes were grinding and the clutch was squealing when it was put in, I emailed Aaron with the issues and he told me that it's a return to base warranty so I would have to bring it down abs they would fix it. I dropped the van off and they informed me that the brake discs had a lip on them so they shaved it off so this would resolve that issue but they couldn't find any issue with the clutch or make the clutch make the noise I was reporting (I have provided video evidence of the clutch issue).

I picked my van up, and nothing had changed with the van, the brakes were the same and the clutch continued to make the same noise, even though I was informed that they have taken to clutch out and inspected it with nothing wrong with it. I have been chasing them for an update to the issues for 2 weeks but I keep getting fobbed off, terrible service warranty not worth the 250.

DONT WASTE YOURE TIME! my parents called up to try find a 9 seater vehicle. The guy said yes they have one in stock. My parents arraged a time and date (today) and drove all the way to Reading (about a hour or so drive). only to get there to be met with RUDE customer service and come to find out the sales rep lied, it wasn't a 9 seater AT ALL!. Waste of time, money and fuel.

He TRIED to call my father a lier by saying he asked for a 8 seater when he asked for a 9 minimum. The sales rep then checked his notes and found out he was in the wrong. Absolutely awful customer service and STUPIDLY OVER PRICED. Best off going to the actual ford/vw etc dealers.

Extremely poor attitude! Was sent here by Anchor vans saying they may be able to arrange commercial purchase through a business. I was skeptical but went to enquire anyway, met by a staff who didn't bother to come down the stairs and spoke to me from above. Stated if they sold to me, something WILL go wrong and I WILL claim it from them under consumer rights. There's no need to speak to customers like that and just shows how unreliable the vehicles you sell are. Avoid if you can, they're not worth your money or time

We brought a van from here a while ago and unfortunately we had to sell it of due to the van was breaking down which was surprising as we only do about 5-10 miles a day. Never buy a van from here again!

Purchased a Ford transit custom from anchor vans, the van is great, had a cosmetic issue with the van from delivery but Simon from anchor vans were very reasonable and gave me different options, one of them being to contribute towards the cost of getting rid of these marks which I am happy with. The delivery driver John was very good and patient even though I got stuck in traffic on the way to derby to meet for collection and was nearly an hour late John was still very polite and helpful.

How a garage should be. Competent, friendly, helpful and fair priced. Love this place - not something I've ever said about a garage before.

Great and friendly service. Went for annual check up and to start the roadside assistance for my fiesta as part of my ford service plan. They thought it was a booked for service but quickly changed and accommodated me to complete the inspection while I wait.

I put a deposit for a 15 plate citroen relay down and agreed with Carl to exchange today at my house. The delivery man was very polite and helpful but that is where it goes down hill im afraid. The van is 6 yrs old and has only covered 20k miles and when you are spending 13k and taking a day off work you expect the van to have been checked and be ready for work.

In just 10 minutes i found the following faults. 1. The sat nav face unit was missing. 2. The reversing camera was upside down. 3. The right rear door was badly out of line and letting water in. 4. The rear interior lights were not working. 5. The cable on the sliding side door was loose so once open you could pull the door handle to then close it.

I rejected the van and carl has agreed to get these faults fixed for next weekend as i can't afford to take another day off. No mention of any compensation. This obviously now has me doubting if the van has infact had a service as promised. Avoid ANCHOR VANS at all cost

Phoned up about pre registered transit vans on their web site which have been advertised for weeks, turns out they advertise the vans but don't have any in stock, clearly don't update web site very often, when asked for a quote for a new van was told they would get back to me! still waiting over a week later. company are either to busy or basically cant be bothered! when you get that level of customer service at beginning why bother!

The sales staff were very friendly and happy to help with all my questions regarding the Ford connect & VW caddy range of vans before my purchase. However some work carried out on the van pre sale was dodgy and very poor indeed.

Anchor vans are ok for prices but don't expect any customer services. We have purchased a number of vans from them because of the price but there have been loads of other problems. Should probably try to use another supplier for the next van. They really are NOT trained in customer services so don't expect anything other than a rude salesman.
