I bought a VW polo French registered from LHD company last December. I found the whole experience very professional. Martin knows his stuff sorted all the paperwork etc and I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. Happily driving it around France.

Pasted from my email to LHD PLACE. Just a quick note to say the car passed its extended road test to Mallorca with flying colours. The vehicle arrived cean and in the same state it left you with the documentation and spare key. Considered that I bought the car unseen, not something I would ordinarily do, I was extremely pleased with the process and your ready availability of all the documentation needed to transfer the car into my own spanish registration made my admin tasks very easy.

Even your negotiation stance on price, i.e. none! helped make the task straightforward for a LHD novice. I thoroughly recommend the services of the driver, Jose, who was very professional, updated me throughout the journey and was exactly where he said he would be to meet us at Palma airport.

Colin and Martin guided us through the buying and export to Spain process for our car. Excellent service.

Although I have yet to take delivery my experience purchasing a vehicle has been the best I've experienced in the UK (I usually only purchase from Agents) but needed a LHD to go back to The EU. Martin has been honest and detailed which is refreshing. Even the gentleman who test drove a few cars with myself and my family (Martin I think) was such a great chap who set the scene. Just completed a purchase here and it went extremely smoothly, even buying from France we could easily deal with the paperwork. The car was immaculate and serviced before we collected it, and the whole thing was really easy, including registration. Highly recommended.

So glad we found the left Hand Drive Centre in Basingstoke! We were living in central London and needed to buy a LHD as we were moving to France. Went down on the Monday, huge choice of cars and bought a different (larger) car than we had originally planned. Picked it up on the Thursday, drive it fully loaded to France on the Friday. 18 months later and we have not had a single problem with it. Reviewing now as we want a second car and will be heading back to Basingstoke to buy it!

Even with the travel it's significantly cheaper than buying in France. plus Martin deals with all of the paperwork so the whole thing is so easy. Thanks again for your great service and see you very soon!
