I too had exactly the same experience as Nicoleta, so unprofessional. Unwilling to help and totally dismissive. I will not be using them again the guy on reception was so unhelpful, I had booked a day off for the service to be done and there was no willingness to help even though the problem was down to their systems. The worst thing is people told me not to use them as they all had bad experiences. lesson learnt, never again.

Very happy, helpful and friendly reception staff. As part of the Bosch Service Network they offer a comprehensive and reasonable priced service. They even valeted my vehicle which was much appreciated.

We take our cars to this garage for years, never had a bad experience, we were a bit worried with the management changes but as always we had a 5 star service provided by Rowland and his team, bunch of very knowledgeable and professional guys. Thank you

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed by Car Contacts Ltd yesterday. After booking a MOT appointment online and receiving a confirmation email, I arrived there yesterday morning only to be told they had no records of my booking. When showing the receptionist the confirmation email, he mentioned it didn't make any difference.

My MOT was due yesterday and I wasn't able to do weekdays because of my newborn, therefore I asked if they could help me in some way. Not only they didn't show any empathy, but they dismissed me with a simple " We can't do anything!" Moreover, they mentioned they were aware of these ongoing errors jn the booking system, but apparently no measures were taken to fix this.

When I asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist said there wasn't anything the manager could do and my request was denied. Their ignorant and dismissive attitude was upsetting.

Great service and sales and after sales. new owner roland is great. excellent service and prices. workmanship is second to none. if you want a trusted garage for repairs service or even sales call here first Thankyou

Just had my best BMW service ever. These guys are the very best! Ignore the negative reviews below. Roland's running the show now! He is one of the most decent and intelligent guys you'll ever meet. What he doesn't know about cars ain't worth knowing!

I have used this garage for several years mainly for MOT inspections on 2 cars. I have always found them well organised, fair and good value. They cleaned and serviced our air conditioning which was particularly smelly, we were pleased with the results.

I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from here. I called ahead to check it was still available, then arranged a time to meet and have a look at it. Before I arrived, the car was moved to the front of the lot to make it easier to inspect (and get out for a test drive). The car was perfect: there were no faults, and everything worked! I wasn't able to pick the car up that day, but placed a deposit and came back to pick it up 2 days later.

When I returned, the dealership had not only done a full MOT, they had replaced all 4 wheels (plus the space saver). Throughout the transaction, the staff at the dealership seemed knowledgeable, patient and courteous, and so I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Most trustworthy outfit iv dealt with in years so glad i tryed them, i know my car has had what i paid for, i asked another garage to overlook the work and hey presto all done, cheers guys

Booked my MOT in the website and went on person to hear that the booking has not come through. Its ok when IT system goes wrong but the person in the reception Ronald was very rude (all it was required was just a sorry and ask to re-book if required) but this guy just mentioned he cannot do anything. I am afraid he is lacking the very basic customer service skills and surprised how someone like this person can be in the front office! In the past i have been there to see a car and the dealer aspects was relatively better but however way poor.

Charged my wife for an oil and filter service and MOT yet upon checking her oil shortly afterwards on her ford, it was black filthy/sludge like. Not changed. As per invoice. So filter was highly likely not changed on this visit too. As it was charged on the work invoice. MOT was the only thing done, Oil was clearly not changed, topped up at best. Clearly thought she'd wouldn't notice. Possibly some mix up on the day? Possibly couldn't be bothered? Who knows? Not been back. Don't recommend.

Been bringing my car here for its MOT for 3 years now. Always welcoming and friendly. When I recently needed some repairs done to my car, I was booked in on the next available slot at a time that worked around me. During the repairs i was called with details as to what they was going to do first and throughout the works being done, where they also told me how much it would cost, so I had no nasty surprises awaiting me when I went to collect. I recommend them to anyone with car troubles or just a general MOT or service

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend them for buying a used car didn't feel any pressure into buying a car. Polite honest and helpful. Will definitely visit again in the future when the need arrives

Have been using Car Contacts for MOTs on two cars for several years now. Good honest advise has always been given and when minor repairs have been needed they have always done a prompt job at a good price. The staff are friendly and there is a comfortable seating area if you want to wait whilst your car is in. (very useful in the winter). The online booking system I find really useful and they generally are ready when you arrive so you are not left hanging around unnecessarily.

I would recommend for the services I have used. I have not had major works done by them or bought a car from them so cannot review these services, but judging from what I have experienced I would foresee no problem.
